All reviews pizza bruschetta beef cheeks eggs benedict steak hot wings potatoes this restaurant by chance looked amazing wonderful restaurant monday evening great menu were lucky to get a table delicious food old town visiting gdansk big portions
Despite a time waited for a table, I liked the atmosphere there and I'm in love with this restaurant. I didn't have to wait a long time for a food, which is delicious and I was full after a plate of Grilled chicken. Staff was...nice and I'm sure I'll come back hereMore
Went for dinner there after recommendation. We had to queue for 20 mins but that was expected and ok.
We were sat indoors where music was playing really loud. We asked if we could sit outside but the server at the door told us we...can but we would have to queue again!!
Thought that we misunderstood but she was serious. She was expecting us to go to the back of the queue!!
We decided to endure the loud music which made us feel like we were in a club and not restaurant for dinner.
Our server acknowledged us after 20 minutes!! This was the first time someone attended our table!! He said we could move table and took us to one by the open window where there were 3 chairs… there was 4 of us!!
He didn’t even wait for us to sit, simply walked away.
We stood there baffled for a minute and couldn’t believe what just happened!
After that we decided to leave and go somewhere else
I would avoid the place. Service was atrociousMore
Seeing people queue outside this restaurant, we thought it must be good. So we joined the queue and waited with kids for around 20-30 mins. Not a problem, but what we noticed was that the service was very slow. People were paying and leaving their...tables after their meals and those tables were sitting idle for ages without being cleaned. Hence the reason for the queue I suppose. Once inside we waited a long time for our cocktails (more than 15 mins) and around 45 mins for our food (which with kids isn't good). The food and drinks were very nice once they came, but it seems most of the staff we saw were in training as per their name tags 'Ucze Sie'. The restaurant management should look at how they can speed up service so as to run a better turnover and improve customer experience.More
Went there for breakfast, as we slept nearby. Very nice chill place by the canal, got seated on second floor by the window + big plus as you get the whole canal view. Got benedict waffles and the scrambled eggs breakkies for 2. Be prepared...portions are HUGE. 1 portion easily feeds 1,5 or 2. Tip to order 2-3 dishes for 4-5 people to share, as we saw other tables doing that, especially families with kids, which ordered pancakes for the kiddos. You get coffee and juice / or mimosa in the 35 zł breakie dish. Great deal overall, nice friendly service and delicious food. Would definetly recommend the place for breakfast at least or late brunch if you make it there by 11.00 a.m.More
We have ordered the carbonara pizza, surprising taste (maybe a bit too sweet for me, cause of carmelized onion) top-noch ingredients, dough also very good. Those lamps, chandleries, glasses are also on the high quality level. Last but not least, waiter was exceptionally professional. You...definitely won’t be disappointed.More
We tried taste the breakfast with bendictine waffles and chef’s omelet. Nice service, a bit long serving but the place was full of people. The dishes were very tasty and the flavor combinations were perfect. The coffee was incredible tasty. We will visit...again today.
