Magiel is a very nice restaurant and it´s part of Hotel Almond which is also great (see my other review for the hotel). We had dinner at the Magiel restaurant twice – they have an interesting menu and all dishes are very well prepared. Staff...was friendly and professional; especially the dinner on Saturday night was great also thanks to thanks to the pleasant live music. The only thing that prevents me from giving five points is the absence of vegan main dishes on the menu – I think these days it is old fashioned not to have such an offer and it means that a growing share of guests will not feel addressed by the menu offered by this restaurant. But otherwise, I would highly recommend this place. All dishes were prepared with high attention to detail and tasted well.More

We were staying at the Almond hotel qnd were tired out after a day’s sightseeing. Decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. WoW, what an experience! Top class food and service, very reasonably priced. I’m gluten intolerant and a fussy eater. The chef prepared me...an exquisite dessert of fresh fruit and chocolate sauce, with handmade chocolate decorations - have never had anything like it! We were also served complementary coffee liqueur after our meal. A little off the beaten track, 10 minute walk from Neptune fountain, but definitely worth it.More

We were staying at the hotel and seeing as the weather was poor decided we'd eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was really good especially dessert and the service very good too. If your staying at the hotel I'd recommend giving it a try

It was family meal. Service was excellent. Waitress was very friendly and helpful specially when it came to help with our son's milk allergy. Food itself was gorgeous!!! Well presented and full of taste. Will definitely come back again.

Waitress gave the impression she would rather be anywhere else. Got the cabbage stuffed goose - the flavor was good but the vegetables were overcooked that the entire plate was one texture which was pretty much mush. Sister got the burger which was super over...cooked and dry. Waitress came running after us after we paid because she didn’t understand her own receipt and we had to go back, find another server to explain it to her that it was correct.More

Well first time I wasn’t impressed. It was ok but not as expected. But the we went there for my wife’s birthday. Well we really enjoyed our dinner. Well prepared dishes. Great wine. Super service from the staff. Would we go there again? Yes.

Normally we do not eat on the hotel restaurant, however as the weather was inclement we decided to give this a try. We were not disappointed. Great service, good menu, though not for vegans. There is a vegetarian option which can be modified to vegan....The food was beautifully presented and was very good value. We therefore ate there again.More
