I like the diversity of seafood dishes, but my recommendation is "salmon burger" it's absolutely tasty!

This was my numerous visit to the bistro and it was always a perfect experience. The staff is very friendly. At the peak times it can get pretty busy, so consider this in your plans. One small negative comment, which doesn't necessarily need to remove...a point, is technical one: if you sit upstairs (street level), please note that this is open kitchen design (which is fine when you see chefs preparing your food). But seems that smoke extractors are not working efficiently, as my wool coat was smelling for another three weeks. Hope this is something that can be fixed easily.More

Very fresh meals, quick kitchen, easy combination and very cousy place. Have been there 2 years ago and they made a great progress. Very satisfied with starter of smoked salmon, tasty oysters and refined pikeperch dish. Love to come back.

I had fish ragu which had enough of fish in it and was tasty. Big plus is that I asked for tapped water and get full jar woth lemon and mint in it and they didn't even ask me to pay for that. I see...that as a good approach of this bistro to its customers. Just because of price I would think twice if I go there regularly for lunch menu.More

An "higher class" bistro serving fish and seafood dishes. The dishes are good, prices are above avarage but worth it. There is a daily menu which changes every day, and a constant menu which includes their famous salmon burger. The pace is quite busy during...lunchtime.More

It's a cozy place with a great team! Prices are a steal for the quality and freshnes - aroud 180CZK for main. Octopus salad it's a must for a starter!

The whole concept of selling fresh fish in Brno and Olomouc is a great idea. Thanks Ocean48 are all Brno restaurant-quality seafood. It does not matter if you go to Štefánikova street or street of Minská, cooks just great, keep it up. Good job.

I love fish! I am coming from country on the sea and was struggling for the last few year in Brno due to lack of fresh see fish in local restaurants. Finally my problem is solved! Ocean 48 is a chain of fresh see food...stored and not they have opened Bistro. To be clear from the begging- it is just s a bistro, not restaurant. Place to come and choose tasty dish from current offer (that is changing almost daily), eat freshly cooked meal and leave with satisfied belly. Interior is tidy and modern, with a touch of design. Many details are pleasantly surprising - the serving way, pictures on walls. Stuff - modest, but friendly. If you are like me fish eater - this will become your regular stopping point in Brno.More

First-we must respect that Brno havnt ocean or sea:-) but seafood in Ocean48 bistro visit was really nice experience! We tryed oysters,thai fish soup,trafitional fish&chips,tuna salad and prawns-fresh and really nice! Staff was very friendly and helpfull,interior is comfortable,prices little bit higher-but qualitty is really...vety good! High recommended!More
