Lunch menu was great. Lovely chicken and mushroom risotto. Nice architecture and great atmosphere. Very decent prices. Toilets clean and well maintained. Nice brew of beer. Wide variety of Italian cuisine.

Unfortunately what would have just been a slightly disappointing meal ended in a really unpleasant experience thanks to some extremely poor customer service. We were provided with an English menu and I ordered a “Pasta in oil” which had the listed ingredients of olive oil,...garlic, fresh parsley and Parmesan. When the meal came out, it had hot chillis throughout. I normally love a bit of heat but was recently recovering from a bad bout of food poisoning so deliberately chose something plain and simple so as not to aggravate my stomach. I picked out the chillies and ate as much of the meal as I thought wise but the chilli heat had infused through the pasta. When we asked for the bill, the waiter asked if I wanted the rest of my meal to take away, and I said no thank you. He paused and gave me a blank stare and said “it’s fine?”, to which I replied that I was unaware the dish had chillis as it wasn’t written anywhere on the menu, so I didn’t wish to take the leftovers. He continued to give me very long, blank stares, and I wondered if things were getting lost in translation, so I repeated that the menu didn’t list chilli as an ingredient, so I didn’t love the meal. He then stared dumbfounded and said something about how the name of the dish is known worldwide as a pasta with chilli in it (again, nowhere on the menu was chilli mentioned in English or Czech) so I was left feeling like he thought I was a complete idiot. I don’t see what would have been so hard about him saying “sorry you didn’t enjoy your meal” and letting me be on my way. YMore

I was surprised somewhat by the restaurant as i have walked passed it many times and have never been drawn in. Yesterday a Czech colleague suggested it and we had a hood evening meal there. The food was good and pretty authentic Italian with prices...also reasonable. The fresh beer is also a bonus for beer drinkers. Service was good and so was the price.More

After four years living in Brno and half of if sitting, eating and drinking in Tusto almost every day, we decided to have our farewell party there two weeks ago. We booked a table for 25 adults and a one-year-old child. We had a very...nice afternoon, everybody ordered food and drinks and we were enjoying the day until waitress told us that children are not allowed to run there. We understand the point, but the way waitress told this, was very rude, specially because our son is less than 2 years old, so it's not that easy to tell him "DON'T RUN". We always thought it's a kid friendly restaurant because they have a nice children's corner, that's why we wanted to come here. So after this our whole group left pretty soon, 20+ people, so they also lost a lot of money. We have loved Tusto and spent a lot of time there in the past, it's sad that from the last night we have bad memories. Their staff has changed and the new staff is not that friendly as old staff used to be, specially the red hair waitress who has always been quite rude. One guy from our group ordered Limoncello, she said they don't have it. We asked if she's sure because they've had it before and she said she doesn't know what it is!! She went in to ask her colleague and they had it!! The first thing to waiter/waitress is to study their menu!More

I visit this reataurant usually once per month and it always meets my expectation. They serve tasty food and drinks and there are tv screens where you can watch live sport. The stable menu is usually extended by temporary (seasonal) offer so you can try...something new or take your favourite one. Often we book this restaurant for company events like teambuildings or we take visitors here for dinner. Everytime I enjoy time spent here and I am always happy to come back.More

We needed 3 things Beer, Lunch and to watch the Monaco F1 Grand Prix. The beer was excellent The food was delicious Sadly the Grand Prix was a little disappointing The staff and service brilliant, we asked on arrival if the Race was to be...shown, they immediately checked to see if it was available which they confirmed, they even tried to get English commentary. This is a contemporary Italian Restaurant and not a Sports BarMore

Restaurant, pizzeria and pub all in one place near the city center. Nice, modern, spacious Italian style restaurant. Friendly stuff. They offer different types of food and homemade beverages. Rice with salmon and spinach was excellent. Pizza prosciutto cotto was delicious. You can also watch...live sport games on big TV screen.More

We were a group of 20 which they were able to accommodate at short notice on a busy Kometa match night. The staff were great and had no issues with their service. The food was fantastic. Beer as well. I would recommend this place.

I like the atmosphere in this restaurant and also the fact that they offer more interesting drinks than just beer, tea and cola. I had hot drink made from freshly squeezed fruits and many of my friends had fruity sparkling lemonades which I will try...another time. Food that they serve is nicely served, portions are big and it's not so expensive. But I wanted cheesecake and only dessert that they have is tiramisu, so this is clearly not a café.More

There are restaurants where you go because it's cheap, there are restaurants where you go because it's fantastic, there are restaurants where you go because they're right by you. This is a restaurant you go to because it's pretty cheap, it's pretty good, and it...might be right by you. I mean, you might be reading this because you work in Titanium. In that case, just go and form your own opinion, it's not going to kill you. Obviously enough this is a restaurant where they sell you on being all Italian-like. They're about as Italian as my Mom (who is Polish-Scottish), so it's a bit of a sham, but not horribly so... they pull it off well. The cooks, for example, visibly like to cook and present their work well, which is pretty Italian of them. If you're in the downtown, would it be worth walking ten minutes to get to here? Probably not, but you might want to try it for a change once in a while. Their lunches (which is what I come here for) are above-average priced, though worth every penny. And they're very friendly and professional. Oh - Want to bum around forever drinking coffee or beer while you work on your laptop? Then this place is exceptionally good for you; they even have power outlets. It's as if they know they're right next to a huge IT hub, or something.More

Spacious, trendily furnished restaurant offering home made pasta and pizzas. Meals are tasty and at reasonable prices. There are live sporting broadcasts on TVs hanging on the walls which can disturb someone and suit another. They have wide choice of rums so feel free to...ask for the rum list.More
