I really enjoyed my omlet with sun-dried tomatos and parmezan. It was delicious. Service is also very good.

Small bistro located on noisy strees close to the city centre. There are some tables inside, most of them for two persons only. The interior is curt and as noisy as the strees is. Meal is tasty, daily menus are served quickly. Stuff is friendly. The prices are quite high for bistro. Lunch costs from 4 to 6 euros.

This place looks very simple but it's worth a visit. It is very quiet and cozy. We liked our breakfast (eggs, bread, pancakes). I liked their fresh ginger tea very much. We ate at Franz twice during our stay in Brno. The prices are pretty cheap (see uploaded bill). Much recommended.

Menu only in Czech but the waitress was able to translate it for us. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. Great refreshing lemonades. Nice atmosphere. Dogs are allowed :)

Bistro Franz is a lovely and trendy place that offers fresh food made of ingredients from local farmers. The menu is changing every day and even that it is already visible that the place is not brand new, it never turned out to dissapoint me. I am glad to return here everytime when I am in Brno and I do... More

I've ended up here mostly for breakfast and always had a pleasant experience. Love the lemonades and ginger tea here (as shared by another reviewer - it is really nice).

Arrived at lunchtime finding one empty table left at the back. No view but cosyand comfortable. Pleasant waitress brought us a short Czech-English menu. It’s seasonal so not everything is available all of the time, alas we managed to order. Drinks arrived first. Very good local white, homemade raspberry lemonade and brilliant ginger tea made from real ginger, real honey... More
