Absolutely great ramen, adapted to local flavours. The vegetarian pumpkin ramen was surprisingly good (It's not easy to create a worthy vegetarian ramen broth). The place has a nice hipster/international vibe. Oh, and the miso caramel cake is excellent!

A mix of some cool ideas, friendly staff and average food. Although interesting ingredients are used the flavors were very bland. The only condiments were chilli oil and sesame seeds. An authentic feel with a lack of authentic tastes and flavors. The beef and pork...ramen were bland and lacking any excitement, even though Ramen is usually packed with ginger or 5 spice, it was softer then a broth from a Czech vyvar. My egg was not just runny but the egg whites raw which is always a bad sign, I love a runny egg but not a watery egg white. On a menu is three different types of ramen. One is always vegetarian type. You can have a Japanese tea for a drink or one of interesting soda beverages, which are on a menu. Staff is always super nice. During lunchtime is Ramen Brno often...overcrowded, so it's possible that you can wait longer for your meal. Interior of bistro is also interesting, especially look at the lights on a ceiling. Parking space is nearby, but it's better to use public transport if you want to go to Ramen Brno.More
Very tasty food and our kids love it, especialy noodles. Very nice and helpfull staff, they have high chair for kids, interesting interior. Great for quick meal also with children.
If you like Ramen, you will love this place. It´s bistro, they take order and you pay immediatelly, no table servis, just they bring your bowl of soup, but you don´t need enything else. Nice selection of crafted beers and lemonades. Ramen has qaulity like...in overseas.More
What I appreciate the most about the place was the flexibility. I wanted vegetarian soup without the noodles. The waiter told me that this is definitely not a standard request, but they will be able to prepare something for me. And they did. I got...the soup without the noodles and with extra egg and with some extra veggies. This was amazing! And also the taste was good. I didn't have a headache after the meal so I assume that the restaurant doesn't use glutamate. The place was full of people and the air was very warm and humid. There are two rooms, me and my friend sit in the next one. I especially liked the ceiling light in the room. The prices are maybe little higher that any other fast food restaurant, so I assume that they owners/staff don't consider the restaurant to be the fast food. An ability to pay with the card is a big plus. I definitely recommend to visit!More
