When i got to the Amici Pizza & Burger the sign said they were open and noone was there, so i went down to sit. AFter 4 hours i finally got someone to serve me and waited 3 more hours i finally got my food,...but the foot lettuce had no foot i was very disappointed in my service. After i ate i had to wait for 5 more hours for my bill! I got there at 12 pm and didnt leave till 12 am. i was there for 12 hours!More

Very great restaurant in czech republic. It used to be 2-3 branches but they have spread out all around czech republic. They have won local burger festival multiple times in a row. They are trying to be inovative with pizzas and burgers.

We went to this restaurant and waited more than 1 hour. People after us got food while we waited. When we finally got our food we went home - everything was wrong. We are vegetarian and told multiple times no meat, but we got meat...on our food. We asked for no onion on pizza - we got onion. We asked for pineapple on pizza - we got jalapenos instead. When we called the Amici restaurant to get a refund we talked to a person who didnt know english and kept trying to get us to order again through phone - and when I asked her to bring someone who could communicate in english she said her colleuge would call us back. No one did. This has been my favorite place to eat - now its just a disapointment. Bad food and even wors3 customer service.More

I was never in the restaurant, but saw some good reviews so I ordered pizza delivery to home. They have interesting non-italian pizzas, like "burger" pizza with beef, various sauces etc. Definitely worth try.
