I visited this Mexican place during my visit in Ústí. I had my doubts when I saw first the essential ashtray on each table and was told that the whole area is smoking that is today very old fashioned. Tablets with menu look cool but...you do not feel confident touching the screen that is full of fingerprints (particularly during the pandemic 😳), moreover the screen wasn’t rolling thus no chance to choose. I ordered a Belgian beer and was told that it is not served with lemon but lime - alright- give it to me! Beer was great but no lemon no lime - so why educating the customer?? I placed the food order and in the meantime second waitress came and asked if I want second beer - sure this time with lemon please. Beer arrived - small without anything - luckily the guy had many on his tray and I got the large one with lime. Then I see my nachos being served to a couple at the next table....after their complaint- they gave the food to me and shortly after also the sauce they left there....seconds after second nachos came to my table and the crew looks at me asking me how many nachos I’ve ordered???... “well as you know only one”....”no you placed second order with my friend...” “are you joking???” They came twice telling me I placed two orders for the same food...and after admitted the second waitress was a trainee who just started.... no apology but very grim looks until I left. What experience of feeling guilty, blamed with young person lying into my eyes... food was good but even changing a sauce was a problem because they can’t easily swop and charge it. Overall not very pleasant due to this awkward situation. It was my first visit and unfortunately not planning to come again.More

Definitely the place to go to have a nice dinner, with some "mexican" dishes. Drinks are good, the Staff speaks English. Prices are reasonable too. I fully recomend it

Stopped here for lunch on a day trip to Usti. The menus (at least the ones they gave us) showed an English translation and there was one person serving who spoke good English. We had a nice meal and the overall atmosphere where great. The...lunch meal for the two of us with drinks and tip came in at 500 kronor so about 20 Euros. Would recommend to anyone passing though Usti at lunchtime looking for somewhere to eat.More

A restaurant we frequently go to when we are in Usti. Pretty good mexican selection and very good beef steaks if not a little pricey. Good location right in the centre of ' Peace Square '. In the town centre.

"Pepe Lopez" is a restaurant belonging to a relatively small chain of restaurants spread across some cities in Czech Republic. ...and the good news is: the chain means "quality". We had a chance to visit two of them, without recognizing that it is a chain...right away. Only when the menu was brought to us we have realized that it is a chain. What's about the food? - we were happy, enjoying it well. The choice is big enough and there is no issue to find something for your taste. The tequila offering is enormous, plenty of different cocktails, and of course good Czech beer. Service was at the highest level. Team was able to speak English well. From the cost prospective, it might be found a bit at the higher range for some items from the menu (for the country standards). It is very nice place to spend time with friends and family, and have fun there. Be warned - you might want to call the restaurant in advance and reserve the table, otherwise you might be not seated.More

The food is delicious and the staff are super friendly and service minded. Probably the best restaurant in the region. The veggie burger is the best i've ever had.

Following a late return to Usti nad Labem, with the 4* hotel restaurant closed, this Mexican restaurant in the Town Centre was sampled. After a pleasant welcome, and being shown promptly to a waiting well laid out table, an electronic tablet menu was provided. This...had pictures of each meal option along with an English description. The starter [Entrada] selected was Taquitos Con Queso [Baked Tortilla, Cheese, House Salsa]. This was followed by the main course [Platos Tipico] Arroz con Pollo. All this was washed down with some pleasant Merlot wine. The meals were presented nice and hot, but had not been laced with the spicy sauces before presentation, so you were left to add these to you taste - a much more civilised approach that in some other restaurants...More

We love this place!!! We had a lunch there and was very pleased! Great food, perfect atmosphere, and very kind personal. I fully recommend this place... if you have time in Usti Nad Labem you deffinietly must visit this place.
