The food here is typical regional dishes and hearty potions. Taste is good and portion size is very good. We had 1/4 duck with tasty red cabbage, and pork knuckle which came with horseradish and mustard but no other sides, some fried or baked potatoes...More

It was our seventh visit to Prague so we had already known wat to expect from Czech cuisine. In the Old town you usually find overpriced touristic restaurants. However if you go a bit father you can reveal much better places to eat.Tasty food. Friendly...More

We went here on the second evening in prague. We were looking for some typical czech food and this restaurant was the closest to our location. We ordered the typical czech dumpling meal, but were a little surprised with what ‘dumplings’ seemed to mean to...More

Good and tasty food but very limited beer on tap. The restaurant wasn't too busy at 6:30pm but it was slowly filling up after 7pm. The meat platter was delicious and succulent. The roasted duck was good in certain parts but really dry in other...More

Got 1/4 duck, which was quite stiff and actually not very Czech style. Looks like restaurant dumps the rating and TripAdvisor helps them with that. Beer was cold and price wasn’t high. Therefore 3 stars otherwise 2. Need to hire Czech chief to improve.

Just a few steps from the hotel we were staying in we had a great restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was authentic czech, tasty and affordable. Popular with locals and visitors alike.

Went there at around 9.30. We were “welcomed” by a rather unfriendly man. He didn’t even looked like he worked there.... anyway we sat at our table and the waiter was friendly enough (I must admit in Prague I didn’t come across great service). Sausages,...More

Went in 1h before closing time, the greater didn’t say anything but the waiter “forced” on us 2 of the “faster” choices because the kitchen was closing. Long story short, we chose between two dishes we had no idea what they were (beef with some...More

Tried this restaurant after reading other reviews as it was close to our apartment and not too expensive. I had a diet coke and the beef goulash which was scummy, if a bit salty. Service was quick and friendly, however, when paying we were informed...More

Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square
represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of
the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the
square watches over your spending spree in countless
shops and retail stores lining the entire square,
which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping
street. When tired or broke, you can explore the
city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town
