Lovely hidden bar. They don't serve food, but have, probably the best beer in Czech Republic - Primator (Imperial if you want a strong reddish beer). Incredible quiet place in the heart of the old town. Also, the prices are more than reasonable.

Amazing hidden litle pearl. Fantastic place with genuine atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. We went back 3 times.
Very good service, good snacks and beer. Visited with a fellow American friend who suggested it as a good place to escape the crowds. He was right!
It is not the coffee is exceptional (it is very good though) or the cake is amazingly delicious (still good) but the place makes you feel amazing and calm and is located in the centre of Prague. The owner and only working staff there is...very friendly and welcoming and you really forget where you are - still amazed how silent it was there. You can see also other guests which came with the same objective - to escape from rushy center and have your coffee/ beer in extremely friendly place. There are some books you can borrow (e.g. Guide about prague ;-) and some boarding games.More
Cafe/bar is attached to the prague siesta apartment hotel. Very friendly, helpful manager (Radek) , great locally brewed beers and super service. Just the place after visiting old town square if you want to avoid the tourist melee and the high prices on the areas...on the square!More
I felt in love with this place. If you are looking for a hideaway to chill out right next to the Old Town Square you just found it. Light, refreshing beer, good vibes, service with a smile provide by Radek plus double the enjoyment if...you couple it with a stay at the Prague Siesta Apartments!!! Great place to visit and stay, will definitely be coming back. Great value is also a plus!!!More
We stopped at the Tynska 9 cafe seeking a quiet beer before checking into our apartment with siesta apartments. The cafe is close to everything yet nice and peaceful away from busy streets. The welcome was great from Radek and the beer is superb made...locally at a small brewery close by at Vinohradsky Pivovar. Really friendly and quiet, and the beer is one of the best I have tasted in prague. Must stop! CheersMore
We found this place with my friend by walking around in the city, and we came back again! It's hidden in a lovely tiny street. The bartender welcomes you with a big smile, the seats are comfy, you can charge your phone and it is...definitely the best place to enjoy a Radler, this strange but delicious czech mix of beer and sprite !More
I stayed at the Prague siesta apartments during my trip so I had to visit the cafe downstairs. The man at the counter was super friendly and accommodating. The beer was fresh and service was superb. I couldn't ask for a better place to relax...and enjoy Prague. Thank you!!More
If your looking for a more than fair priced get away from the busy Prague center look no further. The customer service is the best in Prague maybe even Europe. Michael and Redek will go above and beyond to make sure your vist is enjoyable....The beer is from a local brewery and in my opinion the best in town. (Trust me I tried a lot). I promise you you will not regret checking out this cozy courtyard cafe!More
This place is awesome! Very good atmosphere, it is incredibly calm considering it is about a 60 second walk to the old town square. A friend and I found it after enjoying some music in the square. We had some amazing cheese stuffed peppers with...toast sooooooo good! And very well priced. And good drinks, local brewery (excellent unfiltered beer, a few others, waaaaay cheaper than all the surrounding touristy bars etc.) A nice place to enjoy lunch and a game of chess (they have board games, wifi, all that) before going back out for some sightseeing or music :D and, most importantly, the owners are super nice, very genuine, good people, and they speak very good english (and czech, of course)More
We stayed at the hotel. this is a killer hiddem gem in the center of the town, just near the touristic, expensive bars but with better beer and half the price you pay on the old town. Excellent artisanal beer, cocktails, cakes and toasts, service...is perfect, prices are good, and you won't drink as good beer as this one in that district apart from more expensive "hipster" places. Quiet but one foot near the touristic spots. Dare to go there !More
Just went in here because of sudden rain. Could stay for hours. Beer is good aswell. You should give it a try.
we found it by accident but when we opened the door, we know that was the place for us. extremely nice staff, home atmosphere, great cake.... definitely we will come back <3
My wife and I stumbled upon this place while looking for the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon beer. This place checks all the boxes - quaint, quiet, friendly...a nice reprieve from touristy areas in Prague. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent...local brews on tap. Also free wifi.More
