In a vintage atmosphere,it's possible to eat fantastic Czech meals, as the pork knee and the duck. The ingredients are top, portions very big and the taste is amazing. The crew is gentle and quality-price very good!

This was basically OUR local and from the first moment WE set foot in the place, WE couldn't have been made more welcome. The Beers / Spirits and selection of Food was truly AWESOME

Nice menu consisting mainly if meat dishes. We had the ribs and Belgian fries with grilled camembert which was all very nice. Staff were very efficient and provided a friendly service. With drinks meal was around £20 which was not bad for the amount of...food. Would recommend giving it a try.More

We went to this restaurant as suggested by our Airbnb host, since it was close to our apartment during our vacation in Prague, and we're really glad we did. We had the duck burger, Mexican burger and a meat platter. Everything was cooked to perfection...and portions were very generous, especially considering a full dinner for 4 people didn't cost us much more than €50. Apart from that decor is really cool and retro and service was great as well. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to visit, and if you're not in the area still try and give it a shot, there's a tram stop quite close by to it 🙂 you won't be disappointed!More

It was our first time at this restaurant so I didn’t really know what to order. I needed some time to choose what do I want but definitely the waiter that came to me didn’t care about that at all. In about 3 minutes he...asked me 2 times if I am ready to order even though I was constantly staring at the menu... When finally I chose the steak that I wanted and told him my order he said something like „Wow! Finally!” and he wanted to shake my hand as a congratulation. I found it really rude. After that situation he was acting like he didn’t care about us at all. Thankfully, the food was fine. However, I won’t recommend this place to anybody because of this horrible service.More

We were walking around the neighborhood after visiting few places and were looking somewhere to eat. We bumped into this restaurant by chance and we entered intrigued by the atmosphere. The restaurant was calm and very well decorated, I loved everything about it, made me...feel at home. A young and very nice waiter took our orders. We orderded shrimps, a duck burger and beef cheek, delicious! The quality of the food was so good, the beef literally tore apart as soon as you cut it with the fork. The prices are also quite cheap, we ended up paying 636 czk (28 euros) for three meals, two beverages and a dessert. If I ever come back to Prague, I'd definitely eat here again.More

I wish I could give this place "negative" stars!!! I have NEVER experienced WORST service!!! Our initial request for a large table to accommodate a party of 20 people was met with a look of confusion and ridicule (even though the place was empty). Once...we started ordering, it got a LOT worse. At one point the waiter actually came to us and said that he doesn't have time to juice oranges for our freshly-squeezed orange juice (even though he took the order for it).When we asked to speak with the manager, the waiter was surprised at the request. He asked what was wrong. We told him that he should not be telling customers that he doesn't have time to "juice the oranges", his answer was "I told you I was sorry...". We ordered a bottle of Chivas Whiskey. The waited brought an open bottle stating that this is the only bottle they have. The contents of the bottle did not taste as expected, however we were told that absolutely nothing can be done about it, and that we would have to pay for it no matter what. We tried to order a salad. The waiter told us that the "kitchen is refusing to make it". We asked for a pitcher of lemonade and were told that they do not have enough glasses for everybody. We received the ordered bottle of water, but when we asked for a glass, the waiter pointed to one of the dirty glasses on the table instead of bringing us a new one. When the time came to order dessert (we only stayed that long because we promised children something sweet), we were offered ice cream with fruit. We ordered it. The waiter came back and told us that the kitchen is refusing to make it (once again). We asked why it was offered, but did not get an answer. We asked if there is anyone at the restaurant who cares about the business and were told that nobody is available. The man who stated he was in charge was incredibly rude and completely helpless. We looked Guston up while we were still in the US and were really looking forward to eating there. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Our advice: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PRAGUE IS FULL OF RESTAURANTS!!! TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!.More

Great food for a good price. Service is quick and always happy to recommend you the nicest beer. The venue also looked very nice.

Was by my barber close to this gem of a restaurant which send me here. So at 1st the vibe and the look of the place is kind of Berlin style and Fallout (game). So different !! So much love was put down for the...food from the soup till the desert and all fresh made perfectly seasoned. No powder fancy soup! Try the cheese cake ! Try it! So if I'm Gordon Ramsey I would just thank them finally somebody do it better then good! Applause!:) Thanks for Viktor for the wonderful service and attitude! Much love guys!More

In the Zizkov area a fine place for dinner. We had some fresh juices, and delicious burgers and fishburger.

This was our first visit to Guston and what a great find and what a great time we had . Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, it's got a lovely interior, nice decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving...bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around Guston. We were here on a Friday afternoon, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff who served us a beer each,we opted to have Lobkowicz Beer ,these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and as is the norm in Prague with a big foamy head, we just chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar. My beer was absolutely delicious, a hoppy, well balanced beer bursting with taste,very easy to drink,a beer style I really enjoy. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer each before we moved on for a first time visit we were very impressed with this bar. Guston is easy to locate on Prokopovo Namesti in the eclectic Zizkov district. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11am till 11pm. A great bar,one I highly recommend you visit if your in this district.More

We found this gem of a bar/restaurant on our first night and what started out as a just couple of drinks ended up being several drinks and a couple of delicious meals. . . . I had the ribs which were soft and succulent and...just fell off the bone and my husband had the ‘tremendous’ (his words not mine) pork tomahawk. I have food allergies but I was very well catered for and most of the dishes could be adapted for me which was a huge thumbs up and reflected in our rating. My hubby enjoyed working his way down the beer menu while I sampled the vodka, all in all it was great visit and if we were local to the area I dare say we’d be regulars.More
