A very rude and disrespectful barista in this cafe. His sarcastic comments and insults to customers are inexcusable. I do not recommend going to this cafe. A cafe in such a beautiful place in Prague would deserve a nicer and more professional staff.

Super cute and cozy cafe in a beautiful and barely crowded neighbourhood in Prague! The coffee is great and the snacks and cakes are delicious! Vegan options are available and taste incredible!
There are ot many cafes in Novy Svet and I can really recommend this one to Praguers and tourists (who do not come in a large group). Best for couples. Great espresso and very friendly service. You can also play board games there (e.g. Scrabble...is available) or enjoy sitting outside on a small terrace.More
If you somewhere around Prague Castle and thinking about drink coffee, please do not waste your money and time for a damn crap with green mermaid/siren logo! Here is such a great place near. On such a picturesque street you can sit outside and enjoy...peace or go inside if it's cold for a friendly atmosphere with simplicity in interior but a lot of cute little details. Coffee is great, as a bakery. I didn't ask if it is their own bakery but i doubt. And coffee, it's just real and done right and that's why taste is so good. Chilling out after sightseeing so easy here, not even want to go out. And compare with network coffee houses it is so cheap especially with such a high quality of product. By the way, surely need to check toilet here ;) cool stuff hidden there.More
Cute little coffee shop with its own coffee range, that was pretty awesome. A little balcony watching over the picturesque backyard is the best place to hang during summer months. Prices are pretty good as well!
Wandering the back streets I found this great place, very cozy inside but I loved sitting out side on the old street. It was so so quiet just what I needed, as with a few of the places in Prague bit mix of friendliness/grumpy staff....The young guy on the second visit was way more friendly. Good coffeeMore
I stumbled upon this small cafe in Hradčany, ordered a cappuccino and it was the best coffee I had in Prague (I visited for three days, so I had my share). The atmosphere is great, the waiter was very polite.
A hidden gem on one of the cutest little streets in Prague. Away from the crowds. The interior is very cozy and service is great. Great value too, tomato soup and a piece of cake were less than 5€ in total.
Stopped in here for coffee and to read and was not disappointed. The coffee is great, it's fairly priced for the location and the atmosphere and building is fantastic, definitely recommend
A small cafe just a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral but away from the touristy routes. Lovely coffee and cake and really friendly service. There's also a lovely terrace at the back.
My girlfriend took me to Novy Svet to take a look at the neighborhood and, since it was lightly raining, we decided to stop for a coffee at this Kavarna. The place is cozy and has a nice outdoor terrace, which was packed when we...arrived so we stayed inside. We ordered two macchiato coffees, which were nicely presented with latte art. Beans were from doubleshot. The coffee itself was good, but staff was very cold and did not care much, the environment was very chilly and we left immediately after finishing our drinks. The place has much potential, despite being in a distant location and in my opinion not worth visiting, but staff should be more friendly and the dimness of the room was not ideal. In my girlfriend's previous visit she reported the chilliness of staff, so I suppose it is a common behavior and not just a case.More
Tucked away down a small side street but away from all the throngs is this lovely spot for coffee and ice cream. Pretty balcony too.
Quaint place with the locals quietly reading books with a cup of coffee. They didn’t charge for water. Had a nice hot chocolate and pastry.
We had a business lunch there with cold and warm buffet. Located hidden in the area of Prague castle in a small, not easy to find street, it is indeed more a cafeteria than a restaurant. One can sit in - or outside (preferable) a...get a quite wide choice of food. While the service was very good, food was quite average with overcooked rice and dry beef rolls ("Moravian sparrows"). Tasty cakes afterwards and excellent coffee somehow compensated for the main dish. By the way, its website in under reconstruction.More
We ended up here for a coffee, toast and pie after escaping the crowd at the palace. It’s a little remote but definitely worth the effort, both for the coffee as for the place.
