Personally this place is nothing special, it's a burger restaurant that's conveniently located near the old town square. The prices are quite high for the average burgers they serve. The burgers were okay, again nothing special. Not much attention paid to the presentation of the food, ingredients spilling out the sides made it very messy to eat. The service seemed good although not worth tipping over.

A really nice meal in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Drinks were well priced and of. good quality. Fries are large portions and one between us would have been enough - fries with herbs better than plain. Never been somewhere for a burger where there is a large upsell for sauces. Crispy burger was really tasty and comes medium as standard; my husband had well done and this was no issue (my normal was on one edge like steak tartare). Overall I would recommend and seemed popular with locals as it was slightly away from the big tourist area.

Ok burger and ok service…. A bit out of the ordinary to charge for condiments such as ketchup and mayo… i had the red hot burger which was ok.. the beef patty was cooked medium to well ( we were not asked how we would like it?.. the fries were good…standard tourist fare to be honest…

Avoid at all costs, even if it was the last burger place on earth. Food took forever (close to an hour at 2-3pm) and place was half full, it wasn’t even that good. Server actually asked for a tip in the end, and they were bothered when we wanted to remove lettuce from the burgers. Please don’t go!

Hi Shealeit, thank you for your visit. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. A long waiting time (at lunch time) for an order is possible if our restaurant is busy and at the same time it depends on the given order of other customers. Our burgers are put together according to the tastes of our chef, so I recommend not changing their composition, however, if the customer requests that he has an allergy to an ingredient, for example, we will of course prepare it according to the customer's wishes. While the burger itself was very good, the chips were lame and the food was massively overpriced. It is also probably the first time I have ever been grunted at by a waiter when I asked for the bill.
When we ordered the food, we didn't order any drinks, so the waitress looked at us like we were dirt as a result (probably where they make their margins).
The staff all just sort of loafed about, leaning on the furniture, and chatting with each other in a way that suggested they were talking about the customers in a negative way.
All in all an very unpleasant experience.

Horrible experience! Having been to many bars and restaurants in Prague old town and new town and having wonderful experiences this was a massive let down.
As with many other reviewers we agree that the customer service was deplorable!
Rude rude rude, slamming drinks down after we said we didn't want to order food. A pint that had a head as big as the barman that served it.
The female snatched the menu from the table, and we were repeatedly bombarded with rude and aggressive behaviour about ordering food.
Horrible place. Would not recommend. Avoid!

Food was wasn’t great and it was overpriced (a squirt of ketchup was 45czk/£1.60!).
Staff seemed good until I went to pay the bill.
My family paid some of the bill with cash and I asked “can I pay the remaining 575czk”, (planning to give a tip in cash), the waiter asked me to tap my card, I tapped my card, he said “tip” and quickly walked off. Upon checking the receipt the waiter had charged me 690czk! Really disappointing, definitely not recommended.

Predator waitress. They start off with extremely wide smiles and extremely good behavior that makes you relax and unguarded. My friend and I ordered drinks. The drinks tasted like water! Really there was none or a tiny sprinkle of alcohol in the drink. Then the blondish stocky waitress started asking us if we are ordering food. We declined. Then the smiles and warms that she started with was not as strong as before. At pay time, she asked us to pay a tip for her and the other waitresses, which is about 10- 15%. Any way we paid because we were put in an awkward situation. This is the first and last time I experienced a waitress asking for a tip in Czech Republic. Truly when you review the whole situation in your head you become really disgusted with the whole experience. I wonder if they are putting little alcohol in the drinks and saving the rest of it as a tip for them at the end of the shift. I will always remember this particular blond stocky waiter, as her behaviors changed so dramatically from the ordering time till the payment time. And it is a shame the manger/owner defend this behavior- asking for a tip. Yes, we have the choice not to pay, but why put the pressure on the customers and create an awkward situation for them?

We stepped in about 9PM on 17 January 2020 because the menu looked great. After about 5 minutes of gawking around hopelessly, a guy came up and offered to seat us. We asked if we could have the table next to where we were standing and he said “of course!” He brought us two beers and said something to a blonde waitress who unceremoniously banged down a container of cutlery and napkins on our table and walked away. We waited over 30 minutes for her to come take our order, but she never did. She looked over at us many times and laughed, and had time to chat with the bartender and take care of folks in the other rooms, but never served us. At the end, we were so disgusted that my nephew took our empty beer glasses to the bar and was immediately pounced upon by said waitress asking if we wanted two more. He paid our tab and we wound up having kebab instead. On the way back to the hotel, we passed by the restaurant again and the waitress and bartender saw us and came to the door laughing. What terrible manners! I would never give this a second chance even though the food reviews are good.

Sat outside in the sun with awesome view and ambience. The service was very quick and attentive and the burgers were great! I can recommend the trio of burgers and each was a treat and the Portobello burger was also delicious. Not the cheapest place but I would happily return.

We stay here to eat an hamburger.
The service of the waitress was totally unfriendly.
The chicken burger was too hot that we weren’t able to eat it.
The fact that you can take out from the burger only two ingredients is totally no sense.
We haven’t ever seen a restaurant like this.

If you want your beer to be literally crashed onto the table in front of you in a rude, aggressive manner, then this is the place for you. If not, then avoid, avoid, avoid
My husband and I, along with another couple we had bumped into on a walking tour popped in here for a swift drink during a short break in the walking tour. When our drinks weren't coming, I went up to check if they had realised we had asked for 2 beers separate from the other couple. I was met with a rude woman who was rather dismissive. When our drinks did arrive, the bar person crashed the 2 glasses onto the table in an absolutely aggressive manner. Just no need!!! They clearly realise that 99% of their trade is from tourism, people should they won't meet again, and so don't even offer a smile or courteous service. Had the service been different, we might have gone back later for food,however, in this instance we opted against this. A bar in an absolute prime location with no customer service! Avoid, and give your hard earned cash to somewhere more deserving.

Friendly, tasty and delicious 😋 You for sure should “Meet Burger” at this place. The waitress was kind and funny. The food was exceptionally well prepared and looked good - try the “Happy three friends” or the “Rock dog”.

Amazing burgers! And excellent for gluten free. All burgers could be adapted to gluten free. My partner had the gluten free hot red and blue burger which came out with devil horns and a mouth, a very funny touch. The burgers didn't come with fries, but this was quite obvious on the menu. Overall, we loved this place.

Woeful, rude, use of language which was a generalisation of my nationality all because I ask for my beer to be replaced as it was 50/50 foam to beer.
Was told by the waiter to wait for it to settle and I would see it rise.
Blonde waitress approached with an empty glass to point to where the line is filled towards on the empty glass - which in comparison to my actual poured drink did not resemble. It was apparently because it wasn’t like the beer I was used to in my home country. Was advised it would be re-poured, but would be exactly the same.
Took an infinity to place my order and a further infinity to then receive my order with a beer which equates to a larger percentage of foam to actual beer.
An absolute disgrace and to be avoided at all costs.
