Zero stars. Worst restaurant experience in Prague, or anywhere I've ever traveled. I have a tree nut allergy and have been turned away from many restaurants that couldn't accommodate it... doesn't bother me at all! Tell me you can't feed me, just keep me safe!...No problem. But not here... The waiter did not take my request seriously, was incredibly rude to myself and our small group. Told us "of course the pizza has no nuts"! While I was explaining about cross contamination, just to be sure. Myself and my friends also tried to talk with other employees about the ability to safely prepare food, they were kinder, but in the end, the rude waiter went so far as to *present a plate full of nuts* to one of my friends asking "is this what will kill your friend?? Is this a problem??" ... unbelievable. Of course, we left immediately after that. Another waitress apologized for him but there is absolutely no excuse. Just awful. STAY AWAY!More

The waitress was very rude since the beginning, and the she came to our table asking us to leave and pay, even when she saw we did not finish our drinks and at the same time she brought pizza to the table near to us....When I politely ask if I can finish my drink she said I am already finishing it very long!!! and she asked us to leave. She started to scream that she already told us to go and pay. WTF IS THIS BEHAVIOUR !!!!!!!????? This is REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. We did not finish our drinks but we decided to leave after this experience and NEVER COME BACK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. There are way nicer places with polite stuff in Prague where you can spend your money:) I would avoid this place !More

The waitress was very rude since the begining. She would come to us for a second to see what we wanted, and when we asked questions, she would say two words and leave before we finish. One time she asked us if we wanted 'something',...and when we asked what that meant, she just said "never mind" and left. When she brought out food, she literally threw our plates on the table. The pizza was okay, the pasta was not cooked well and the portion was very small. When we asked for the check, we found that they charged us 55 ck for a jar of tap water!! We asked her why, she said rudley "it's normal". It's not normal, we have never been charged for tap water in Czech or in any place in Europe! Let alone 55 ck! (which is more that 2 euros!) Was such a bad night! We will never go there again.More

Went for dinner and ordered the seafood pasta.the mussels were ICE cold so they had taken them out of the fridge and not cooked fresh. Very poor.

We came to the restaurant because it looked good from the outside... That wast the only positive thing. The waiter pushed us to order something we told him we will look on the menu and that we will make an order in a bit. After...a while he came back and asked in arrogant way if we know what we want now. So we ordered it was weird that he didn't wrote what we wanted or so, we ordered our drinks and 2 pizzas. After few minutes he brought 1 drink and the second he brought wasn't the one we asked for so we kindly asked for the one we ordered. There was a lot of people coming after us. So we waited for our food but we started to be curious where is our food after they delivered food to the people sitting next to us. It was also pizza and some spaghetti so it was interesting. Not mentioning that they forget to bring cutlery along with the spaghetti and the woman waited for it so they need to ask the waiter to bring them. We waited for more than 50 minutes for it and nothing happened so we asked for our order and he told us he will found out when we will have our pizzas so he went to the kitchen and we saw he did something with the order on the tablet went again to the kitchen and came to us it will be in 10 minutes. So we waited and nothing so we payed our drinks and leaved because there was not an apology or anything from his side he just kept repeating its fault of the chef not his and that they have a table of 30 people inside but they came after we have ordered so it's not our problem. So to summarize it the waiter was arrogant and he will not change until he see money in the visitors which can't speak Czech. I don't know much about the food when I didn't get one it may be good but it will never be enough for the experience with the waiter.More

Agree with the previous review. Have been going there for several years. Used to have good food with mostly good, sometimes excellent service. Recently though since the pandemic both the food for take out and the service have significantly declined. Last time there was terrible...both food and abusive people (not all).More

I went there with my friends and I have been living in Prague for 3 years, I have never seen such an awful restaurant before. The staff was too pushy to order things and he was rude. In the end, he said that we cannot...pay separately and my friend had to pay all by herself. Then we learned that we could pay separately. I ordered fries and ketchup, the staff said they do not have sauces. I mean seriously? In the heart of Prague, with these prices and this kind of restaurant? not worthy at all. Don"t waste your time to go there.More

I live in prague at the moment, my friend and I are regulars at this place , mostly because of the amazing service and fresh food !! Roberto and Wendy are just fabulous.. so friendly so warm and welcoming:) can’t recommend this place enough!

Four of us had dinner and all of our meals were absolutely spot on- mains and desserts. Pizzas, meat and fish dishes were excellent, well cooked and beautifully presented. Fantastic service and great prices too. Highly recommend if anywhere near the area.

We had a nice dinner at this place the main courses were very tasty all my friends enjoyed their meal. Special mention to the tuna , very great cooked !

I was with my friends last weekend. Very nice location, welcoming, kind and helpful staff and kitchen .... super !!! A must try is the suite of mussels in white wine with croutons and tuna tartare !!! And if you are undecided about what to...eat ... ask the staff and you won't be disappointed !!! Extensive menu with truly inviting dishes! Absolutely to visit "the suite", a cellar open for a year, excellent for spending time in good company while sipping a good glass of wine in a private and very welcoming location !!! I will definitely be back! See you soon!!!!More
