I ate one of the worst pizza ever. I am Italian so I know what I am talking about. Really disappointed. I took a simple Margherita and I needed to ask for taking off parmigiano. This is Crazy. Very bad taste also and ingrediente.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was little. It’s always been fantastic. Even though it’s expensive, we would still come as the food was always so delicious and the service was wonderful. Tonight, I came to a sad realisation; it’s not what it...used to be. The degustation feature is fantastic as always, the food is simple but quite lovely, but the service is really lacking. The waiter was snappy, my drink was missing and I had to reorder it (hopefully they don’t charge me for two), and the plates of food were coming very slowly. I understand that during COVID times, restaurants are understaffed. Which is why I don’t want to be harsher. I was a waitress for two years, and I know what it’s like. But unfortunately I cannot excuse the lack of quality with our waiter. The risotto is also lacking a bit compared to the past. For the price tag this is unacceptable. I don’t want to blame the staff more than I want to blame management for this. The staff seems stressed. It’s still a good restaurant, but there is something big missing that I can’t put my finger on. Definitely not worth the price right now. Also- I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes but from what I’ve noticed, some female staff members seem a bit harassed. But of course I don’t know anything about that, it’s a strong suspicion though. Anyways - it’s quite a neutral review. Oh! And I hate that they use plastic straws. Poor turtles.More
Amazing first pizza in Prague and my partner and I both loved our pizza's.
I ordered the Margherita Classica while my partner ordered the Margherita Bufala. The crust is fresh and crispy, the tomato sauce is fresh tomatoes all the way adding to the mix...fresh cheese.
The food was good but where we got seated ruined our time. We got placed at the very back next to the neon green kids playground area with a screaming kid there. There were over 20 empty tables in nicer areas so we asked if...we could move but they said it was all reserved. We were there for over an hour and it was already late for dinner time and no one ever came to any of those “reserved” tables. Overall, the seating we got was the worst seating you could possibly get at that restaurant and it is the last place you would want to place a guest and we were still placed there with over 20 empty tables that were probably not really reserved since no one came...More
My mum and I were in Prague for 4 nights.
We visited Pizza Nuova on the first night and had an excellent dinner. The restaurant was very busy but we managed to get a table. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, the waitresses were...very nice and attentive.
My mum had Penne Bolognaise and I had the Goat's Cheese Gnocchi. Both dishes were wonderful! My mum really enjoyed hers and I also really liked mine.
We were so impressed that we went back on our last night, but this time we booked a table, the place is clearly well liked, as it was really busy on both occasions.
We both had a pizza, the food was again great!
The only problem I had with the restaurant was that it was very noisy.
Apart from the noise, I would definitely recommend Pizza Nuova to anyone who visits Prague!More
I have to start this with a major major shoutout to the lead hostess Adriana!!! She was superb in her customer service and assisted with setting up a reservation for my group and then provided us with a large table when we added extra people...last minute. She was such a sweet person with a terrific smile and helped boost our experience at the restaurant.
Disclaimer: this restaurant is very very busy so it’s best to set up a reservation because it’s always full until 10pm.
The style of this restaurant is like a pizza/pasta version of a Brazilian steak house. You have a green & red card that you flip over if you want more food brought to you or if you want to take a break. There’s a good amount of options to chose from on the menu so you’ll have to figure out which buffet options works for you unless you want a simple pizza or pasta dish. For Americans who eat fast just remember that in Europe they eat a lot slower to let their food digest so although the food is brought to your table until you tell them to stop, the servers don’t come very fast so if you want a lot of food just order the specific item you want instead of the buffet.More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
