If you want quick food this is the place to go, we had two courses in the space of 30 mins. There is nothing wrong with the food it is very good and tasty but if you want to spend an evening out eating and relaxing this will not be the place, once you put your knife and fork down your plate is whisked away even before you partner has finished. This was just too quick for us.

We dropped in on a quiet Wednesday night, although Lemon Leaf was over half full and holding a great atmosphere. We were offered a seat away from the main door, which was nice. Staff were polite throughout the dinner, and our waitress gave us her wine selection preference, which turned out to be spot on. We ordered the gyoza to share as a starter and curries for mains - my wife had the massaman with prawns, and i opted for the spicy beef red curry. The starter arrived in it's steamer basket, but sadly there was no way those gyoza were steamed in the basket before delivery to the table. One of the dumplings was cold - not warm, but cold. The other two (3 per serving), were acceptable, but getting a cold dumpling was just plain wrong. And serving the dumplings in a steamer basket, which was also stone cold was a bit stupid. Obviously an oversight from the kitchen. So that's the negative part of the review done... Our curries arrived with a generous portion of rice, and Lemon Leaf redeemed themselves from the earlier "Gyoza-Gate" situation. Talk about depth of flavour in those two curries... quite outstanding! There was some serious work put into the curry pastes in order to deliver such a strong balance and intense flavour. We've had many curries in Prague and these were easily in our top 3. Also i want to add that there was a great, fun atmosphere in the restaurant. Busy, but not loud. Service was swift but never too fast or intrusive. Our waitress was brilliant! We will definitely be returning to Lemon Leaf and trying a different curry next time. But we'll give the starters a miss.

We were in Prague for a short break and this restaurant was recommended by the Air B&B we stayed in. It didn’t disappoint. All three of us had a different noodle dish and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If we had been in Prague longer we would definitely have gone back. Well worth a visit. Just to say as well as the food, the ambience was so comfortable and relaxing. Loved it.

We went for lunch on a weekday. We ordered one item off the lunch menu and the weekly special. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and an additional 20 minutes for our food to arrive all the while locals sitting nearby were able to get their entire meals including items not on the lunch menu and their checks while we waited. When we asked about the status of our order we were given multiple unrealistic excuses such as; we only have one computer; we had a large group come in before you; and lastly you ordered the weekly special and it takes longer to prepare. Finally, we gave up and asked if we could pay for just the appetizers and drinks - we were told 'no, you will have to continue to wait'. Eventually, our main course arrived. The food the weekly special was a fish dish that was unpalatable and despite our long wait was cold when it finally arrived. The manager did come to the table; she gave us some of the same feable excuses as the servers. Ultimately, the manager gave us a 10 percent discount but it still left us with a bad taste in our mouth both literally and figuratively speaking.

Dear sir/madam, thank you for your review, I´m very sorry about this experience in our restaurant. But I have to say that the other tables had the lunch offer which is prepare much more quicklier than the alá carte menu (week special included). We are sorry if you wait long time. You visited our restaurant two times so I hope that the first visit was perfect and you give us another chance to repeat you experience. Best regards Lemon Leaf Team

So, let's start with the food: good, but definitely not impressive. I've had better food even in Prague. Portions are average, I think there was lack of seasoning in my pad thai and it was poorly presented. The prices are notably higher than in the vast majority of other restaurants of the same style in the city, this is due not to the food (as it is average), but to the beautiful and pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant and the good service.

I called into Lemon Leaf to grab a take away whilst on a trip to Prague in June 2022. I was met at the counter by a young lady with long black hair and very long nails. She seemed more interested in chatting with the other staff members but eventually handed me a menu and took my order. When I went to pay she asked if I would like to give a tip?? I was a bit confused as where I'm from, a tip is for good service and as I was getting a take away there was no service. When I said no thanks and explained this, she rolled her eyes at me and said loudly "FINE!" I couldn't believe it!! I asked how long it would be and she muttered "10 minutes maybe" so I said I would call back. When I did, a very friendly girl with blonde hair handed me my order. When I got home I was so disappointed! It was clearly microwaved and not cooked fresh. It was even in sealed plastic trays, like you get with a supermarket ready meal. The food itself was very bland and forgettable. I will not be returning to Lemon Leaf and I strongly advise all to avoid.

Booked a table for ten people. All meals were well cooked and full of flavour and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and courteous. We all had a starter, main course and a couple of beers and cost was less than 6000 Czech Koruna, approximately ÂŁ200 sterling in total which was fabulous value.

Food was nice although pad Thai could have been more flavorful. The children’s rice dish was delicious and the portion was very generous. It was way too much for our 6 year old, but a teenager would have demolished it for sure. They had fresh mint tea available but unfortunately there weren't enough mint leaves and the tea strainer didn’t fit the teapot, so it was hard to pour. Could have taken the strainer out but the tea would have been way too weak. The staff were really attentive and polite. A nice restaurant to visit if you're in the area. we didn't book but even though they were fully booked (valentine's day) they were very accommodating and offered a table by the bar which was perfectly comfortable.

We enjoyed the Pad Thai for lunch. It is a large portion so we took part of it in a doggy bag to eat later. It needed a little more spice, but the Sriracha sauce provided fixed it. Nice atmosphere with big windows to see out onto the street. Many dishes have coconut milk which limited my husband's choices since he doesn't like coconut, but they have a lot of curries to choose from if you like them.

I visited this restaurant many times for official meetings, but also for evenings with my friends. Staff was friendly and professional. They have many many dishes in the menu. I mostly oder Pad Thai noodles or Roasted duck with cashew and rice. Everyone will find his favourite Thai food! You can also oder Thai beer Singha so you can feel like in Thailand :o) Are you Thai food lover? So you can't to miss it!

The place lacks details and ambiance of Asian neither Thai cuisine. The food was average, not creamy, not surprising, it tasted rather chinese prepared by local Chef. We tried two of the upper price dishes but would not come back.

I’ve been to a lot of Thai restaurants and this one rates highly on my list. I have eaten here a number of times and each time the food has been excellent. Each dish seems to have a very different flavour which is how it should be. Too many times one goes to a restaurant with friends and the dish name is different but the food tastes similar. Here this is most definitely not the case. Their Pad Thai is great but their green curry was super. This restaurant is well worth a visit.

Dined here twice during our stay in Prague. The building is gorgeous, the food and service are great. The place is relaxed yet lively. The menu is varied; mainly Thai but with some pan-asian twists such as hoi-sin, udon noodles, Vietnamese style spring rolls and gyoza. Our starters and main courses arrived quickly and were all very tasty.

Service was nice. Food was mediocre to average at best. We are thai and the food we had was not very thai. The fried rice was the best option of the four entrees. The soups were not hot and needed more seasoning. It was absolutely packed so maybe it was due to so many customers? Wait staff was very nice though. There was a mistake on our bill that was quickly corrected and an apology was given as well

We are long term guests to Lemon Leaf in Prague, over 20 years we come for lunch, dinner. Lemon leaf was one of the best Thai restaurants in the city. After 15yrs or so it changed the owner, and the quality of food degraded…. Unfortunately. Because we love this place we were giving it another chance and another chance… but the food gets worse and worse every time we come. Today, the food came mild temperature and totally tasteless... and, we will not come here again. All the best to you, Lemon Leaf.
