"Prague's Neighborhood Bar and Grill" As an American/Czech couple we have discovered and developed an appreciation of the each another finer fairs (maybe finer is not the right word) --- Czech beer, American Bar Food, the neighborhood hospoda, and American/ English Sports , Czech humor and American customer serves. With all that in mind, we have created the perfect comfortable environment that addresses all those elements. As with any good neighborhood sports bar, we are located in the heart of a working class neighborhood, Žiźkov. Together with the best Czech beer Pilsner on tap, we are serving the best chicken wings in Prague (that the full wing made in the traditional American urban style ) with all those famous flavorful American bar fare, (Burgers Poppers, Large Nacho Grande, Sliders, Cheesy Fries, ect...) as well as the Primer League, NFL, NCAA on the TV. Only a small entrance on our way from city centre to the hotel, advertised by a small sign: “the best wings in Prague”. After spending 3 days in the city, my better half and myself decided to try it, presumably for a light dinner and some beer. Had some wings and pulled pork with cheese, both portions were so large that we could barely eat half. The host, Allen, was so kind and careful with our needs that we felt like the restaurant was all ours.

We’ve been to BarFud a few times and ordered some drinks and food. The place mostly focuses on American cuisine. So far my favorite food there is the meatball sandwich and curly fries 👌
The stuff seem very friendly and attentive. In addition, they freely speak English.
Also, would like to note that they have a nice outside seating area.

Read on tripadviser. Really a great idea if you just want to eat something nice without too much fuss and you don't want to pay too much. We spent 28 euros for 2 burgers with fries and two large beers. Food quality was very good! Really worth having a bite to eat there!

I don't understand all of the positive reviews. The place is tiny and difficult to find. When you step inside, its a bit of a dump. The inside was hot, so we sat in the back courtyard, at an uncomfortable picnic table, near a table of drunks smoking pot. A dog wandered around the courtyard, eating crumbs. The waitress, an American, was friendly, but she didn't write down our order, and she forgot parts of it. The beer was nice and cold, the onion rings were good, as were the club sandwich and the Philly cheese steak. The grilled cheese sandwich was sub par, as were the french fries. The cook walked by us, carrying 5 frozen hamburger patties in his bare hands. A second waitress, who cleared our table, was either drunk or stoned and repeatedly talked to and played with the dog. The alternative music became progressively louder as the evening progressed and ultimately drove us out. Leaving, we witnessed a MESSY kitchen, which, for me, was representative of the whole restaurant. Dinner for 4 was 1,500, which in my opinion, was not worth it.

My wife and visited and were very pleased. We are Green Bay Packer fans and the bartender brought out a Packer flag for us to take a picture with which was fun to show to our family and friends. The wings were large and very filling. If you want good American food and atmosphere I recommend going here.

Absolutely amazing place. Our server was so polite and friendly - he gave us lots of New Year’s Eve recommendations, thanks so much! The food was to die for. The loaded fries were gorgeous, and all four of us agreed they were the best wings we have ever had! If we come back to Prague we will definitely visit again!

This is one of the places you should go if you want to eat and drink in Prague.
The prices are not tourist prices and the food is great. Even if it is not too far away from the centre of town. And the staff. Wow!
Order the sliders, curly fries and two kozel! You won’t regret it.

Saw several reviews about Bar Fud being the local Green Bay Packers bar. We went and had a great time. However, we learned that the owner who was the Packer fan sold the bar. Seeing the Packer game here is no longer guaranteed. Great food and atmosphere for NFL games nonetheless. One of our fellow travelers is a Steelers fan, so we watched the Steelers game that was on. Still got to see last few minutes of OT win over Bengals.

I think this is one of the places where I was treated in the best way in Czech Republic, the waiters were absolutely nice and lovely and the food was good, very nice price-quality.

Total recommend paying this spot a visit!
The service was exceptional from the first minute up until the end.
Since we were tourists and talked to the owner about our plan too go to a bar, he even jotted us down some of the bars that are nearby that he would recommend for us, without us even asking him to do that!
The food was absolutely amazing and the dips were a real enrichment for the food!
Everything tasted like they just did it homemade right before we came in.
And for all of that for such a good price!
There is literally no reason not to come here when you’re visiting prague.
