My mum and I stayed at Don Giovanni, went there for genuine czech food and wern`t disappointed. Nice homemade pub food, choice isn`t huge but enough, all proper Czech meals. We both had moravsky vrabec which unfortunately was over-salted but I hope it was just...one off. Desserts were simple but nice and tasty. Food looked nice, place seemed to be popular with youth. Good pub atmosphere. I would recommend, I would visit again when I return to visit V. Havel`s and F. Kafka`s grave.More

Very nice surprise. The service was very kind and efficient, food was good at reasonable prices. They had daily menu on Sunday. Decoration and atmosphere is very nice as well. Truly recommended.

Very nice food and good alcohol selection too. Prices were reasonable. Very convenient too being close to Zelivskeho underground station.

We looked at the reviews prior to visiting here and we were pleasantly surprised when we did . The place is in a good location next to the don gio hotel and metro etc . On arrival , we were greeted and made welcome ....The place was modern and on trend . Beers great and service very good . We looked at the menu and found it had a good choice for us both ( wife is a veggie ) on arrival the food was great ,delicious and plentiful . We finish off with another beer and paid our bill . The pleasant guy who served us very politely ask if we wanted to add a 10% tip , to which we happily agreed . We had a great experience in a nice atmosphere . The prices were very good for this quality of establishment . - will we be back , yes for sure , we’re here for a week and this is our first night .More

Reasonably priced good food, both traditional Czech specialties and popular western foods. As is common in Prague, beer was incredibly cheap and quite good.

Good staff, good beer but food was not for our taste, beef goulash bland and very fatty meat. Potatoes with bacon and onions nice. Dumplings like eating lumpy lard....sorry.

The food was eatable - but not recommendable, sort of cafeteria food, the beer was fine and the waiters were friendly.

Good service, good schnitzel with a unique breading. Served with small boiled potatoes and a tangy mustard sauce. The next table had the onion rings and they looked really good...next time.
