Visited this pub for food twice whilst we was in Prague . We stayed at the hotel opposite which was handy first night we went we both had ribeye steak cooked lovely I made an error when ordering a cocktail ordered an xxl not realising how big and expensive it was the lady who worked there not sure if she was the owner or manager said it was no problem would make me a normal size one instead which was really kind of her. Went the next night my partner ordered the rib eye steak again and I ordered the xl burger lovely food again no complaints cocktails reasonably priced and beer cheapest I found in prague the bar is a bit out of the lively area but we'll worth a visit all the staff very friendly always busy on an evening compared to some bars more in town

We both had a hamburger. We both liked our burger and fries. The bun bottom is too big for the burger. BUT the place is very pricey. Our meal of two small burgers, two french fries, ( which are not included with the burgers ) and five sodas cost 830.00 Czeck crowns. That is about 37 Euros. The tip was included and they don't give one the choice of how much the tip should be. Here it was 72 crowns which about 10%. That is certainly a normal tip percentage. It was just the price of the meal before the tip that seems like a lot. This is the first restaurant that included the tip in the check.

Brilliant bar. Stayed in the hotel across the road and popped in here to avoid the rain! The pub doesnt look much from outside but when you go in you are met with a great selection of beers, cocktails, spirits, theeee best burgers you will ever eat and great music and bar service in Prague!! So good, we went here every day!
Burgers - Jack Daniels and the spicy burger. Range of sizes available and the buns are freshly made inside the bar (similar to brioche but bigger and better!). Recommend ordering a side of blue cheese dip too which was a great addition. Great staff, live sport, fab music and food - Highly recommend

This bar has good music during the day and seemed to always be busy. However, the drinks are overpriced for Prague and the burger we ordered was dry and the wings were bland and tasteless. We visited during the day... possible better in the evening?

Hello,
Thank you for your remark about our restaurant.
I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our food. Every day a manager is present who can solve these shortcomings with you to your satisfaction.
About prices, we are still below the standard of the city center.
We will be happy to see you again.
Regards,
Nimmerfroh

This is easily the worst pub I have ever visited.
Staff were very rude, the wait for food was unbelievably long.
Meat was undercooked, chips were overdone driping in oil, and the waitress (blond bi*CH with im not Susan t-shirt) was the worst.
Don't get me started on trying to order 5 different things on the menu, of which they had nothing.
She couldn't even explain what they have cause she doesn't speak English, Spanish, Dutch or anything.. I mean it's a Dutch pub??
I order a xl burger tha should come with chips and sauce like its portrayed on the front page of their menu, and of course that was not the case.
I also tried to exchange a 2000ck bill for something smaller, because I saw a lot of people paying with cash and knew it should not be too inconvenient. A bartender started walking to get me this and she stops him from doing so. Now she speaks English??
At the end she has the audacity to ask for tip for a great service? She wasn't even joking.
Of course we refused that and we defenetly recommend to all to rather go to any other place which has done nothing of sorts.
Would rate it lower that 1/5 but its minimum to give them the 1 *
Avoid, u will be gratefull 😉

we asked for a small beer and two 200g burgers each, the waitress misunderstood EVERYTHING. We paid a lot and only for a staff error, among other things very rude and despite they were the fault, they made us weigh everything. We felt very uncomfortable. Unpleasant situation. I’m very disappointed.

If you want to be repeatedly ignored by staff then you should visit the Dutch Pub. Service was beyond poor and it was almost impossible to order drinks with staff repeatedly walking past us, avoiding eye contact and ignoring our attempts to get their attention. I eventually managed to get the attention of a waitress who apologised and asked a waiter to take out order. Once we finally did order drinks they took a long time to come. When we had finished our first round of drinks, the same waiter asked our friend if he would like another drink and then asked my husband, he didn’t ask me (and didn’t make eye contact with me) but as he had asked if we wanted a second round and everyone else had said yes, I thought he would bring a second drink for me also. He did not. He only brought drinks for the male customers at the table. My husband asked if I wanted him to order me another drink but I was so disgusted by how I’d been treated I told him to leave it; I wouldn’t give them the money.
Once my husband and our friend had finished their drinks the same waiter returned to ask them both if they wanted another round, he didn’t ask me or make eye contact with me again, only with them. We asked for the bill. The bill didn’t come. After another 10 minutes we asked another staff member for the bill, it didn’t come. After 25 minutes, my husband and our friend got up to go to the till to pay. We really wanted to leave at this point, but staff continued to walk past them. We honestly considered just leaving as they clearly didn’t seem to want our money.
Finally, another waiter gave us our bill, he seemed surprised as to why we were standing by the till and when I asked for the bill, like he thought I was being pushy or impatient. He asked if we wanted to pay by cash or card to which I replied ‘cash please’ and his response was ‘well you’re the boss’. You could perhaps consider this a throw away comment, but after the way the other waiter behaved it really did make me wonder if I was receiving this kind of treatment because I was female. Perhaps it was because we were tourists, or maybe because unlike my male counterparts my drink was non alcoholic or maybe the staff just decided they didn’t like us? My husband and our friend both agreed that it appeared to be because I was female and both commented on how blatantly obvious it was. Either way, I’ve never received service this bad anywhere and it really put a dampener on our last night in Prague. I would return to Prague, but never, ever to the Dutch Pub.

We visited in December and the World Cup meant the Pub was busy on match days/nights and if you hadn't booked you had no chance of getting in. You can book online which is helpful. We managed to get a late lunch there on our last day (Friday) and the pub itself is lovely inside, very football and sport heavy in décor but also a lot bigger than you think from the outside! Food reminds me of TGI Fridays in the UK. Food was ok, not gourmet but nice enough. Agree to a degree about the service, there was 5 of us and maybe another 6 people there and the service was very slow. In terms of the customer service, you will find that when in Prague they have a very different view on customer service and can come across as rude, same everywhere, just got to suck it up!
I would go back, I can imagine the atmosphere for the football would have been immense, just a shame we didn't get time to enjoy it.

I dont normally write reviews however felt this was nescessary.
We stayed in a hotel across the road and had been recommended this place for food & drinks so booked for our last night in Prague. The food and drinks were good and reasonable for price (if you don't like burgers being pink in middle you will need to make sure you ask for it to be cooked throughout).
The only issue we had was with one of the staff members (female with long black hair and glasses).
We stood in the door area waiting to be directed to our table (3 of us) for about ten mins, 3 staff members ignored us during this time. Where you wait happens to be right next to the bar. The bar area was very busy so little room to move. Rather than saying excuse me or speaking to us she decided that punching me in the back was an acceptable way to get me to move out her way!! I would normally have ignored this type of behaviour however having a chronic pain condition which stems from a back injury I sustained I find this totally unacceptable.
My sister also tried to speak to her regarding table to which she shouted at my sister and pointed to another member of staff.
I think customer service and anger management training is required for her to learn that assaulting customers is unacceptable in any form.

ordered a table a month in advance to watch the Champions League final, received a corner table at the arrival, where 3 people could not watch because it was not visible. asked the manager to transplant 3 times, zero response. the food is just awful, the burgers are dry. ordered potatoes xxl included in the bill, but did not bring. disgusting attitude. I strongly do not recommend this place, it will not be tasty and the service will not give a damn, as I will be a tourist in priority. thanks for the awesome ending

The Dutch Pub is ideal for a quick pint after walking miles around the city or a quick dinner before going to a concert. As the name indicates, it is mainly pub grub e.g burgers, steaks and some fish. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating and the food hot, plentiful and served very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend the pub to other travellers.

We went as a couple and it was one of the best culinary experiences in Prague.
The Czech beer is of excellent quality; food that does not reflect the local culture but combines the typical English pub with the Czech one.
Evening spent with music and fun, two of us spent €40 including 1 liter of beer, 35 chicken wings with baguette and cheese, a sandwich, and a dessert.
Anyone visiting Prague must at least spend an evening in this pub

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 40 minutes for a burger, even though the restaurant was not busy. The presentation and taste of the dish were far below acceptable standards.
The service was also lacking: we waited 15 minutes for a waiter to approach our table. When I raised the issue with the manager, the situation was not resolved properly.
It’s clear that the restaurant needs to reconsider both the quality of the food and the level of service.

Friendly staff, good food menu, wide variety of drinks and cocktails. We ate here several times during our holiday and found the food was fresh and of good quality. Service was always with a smile and there was a good choice of drinks.

After countless attempts at various burger restaurants, the Dutch Pub was the only place that took us in on a Friday evening without a reservation and no waiting. Incredibly friendly and attentive waiters. Absolutely delicious burgers and drinks. For us, a perfect end to our vacation here!
