Great service, reasonable price for being in the square. Food was nice but not exceptional, hence not 5 stars. We had the wagu burger which was lovely, the spaghetti carbonara was lovely and the ravioli was just ok. We would return!

Deserves 0. Utterly awful service. Having waited and waited (ten mins) to even make my order, I can’t speak to the quality of the food as it never arrived. Clearly trading on location. Staff could not have cared less about making a good impression. When...I complained the waitress continued to wring a dirty cloth out right in front of me, narrowly missing my bag.More

Awful food, ridiculously overpriced and rude staff. And that’s the best things I could say about this place! Fortunately, we paid in cash so managed to avoid paying the ‘voluntary’ tip but I’m not surprised by the many other comments on here regarding the aggressive...staff.More

I've been here several times and it's always been very tasty. Last week in the evening, I had the urge to have something before arriving at the hotel, so I visited this restaurant again. I had to wait for the service and I asked the...waitress for information whether the goulash I wanted wasn't a goulash. She told me not to worry, that he was good. I got the glass one so I ate everything except the meat. The waitress asked me if everything was okay. I told her that the meat was not good and that I wanted to pay. The manager came and brought me a receipt saying that since I had complained about the food, they only wanted money for the beer, about 110 CZK. I gave him CZK 500. On the third day, I went to this restaurant with my mother, saying that he had anything but goulash. After 20 min. the manager came and strongly wished us to clear the table and sit somewhere against the wall. The mother objected that there was no reservation on the table. After which he yelled at me that there was no charity and that we should pack up and leave. When he saw that I was standing and asked him if he remembered that I left CZK 500 there, he turned and walked towards his staff, swearing at me. I was 100 eager to teach him physical manners. I didn't just pay the tip...I paid the entire dinner, 500 CZK. Such a person should work in a pub, where people go to drink on a stand.More

I have never had such a bad impression of a restaurant. The restaurant is overpriced, the waiters serve you unfriendly and they don't seem to care whether you want or need something. It took a long time to get drinks or food even though it...was almost empty. With this bad service you are also forced to give a tip. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.More

Words fail me to describe just how awful this place is. Over priced drinks, feels dirty, a typical tourist trap. The guy who brought the bill was very, very aggressive, almost threatening in his demeanour. He put the bill down and literally shoved the machine...in my face and had inputted the amount including a tip. This is clearly a strategy to unnerve you and rush you to pay immediately before checking the bill. When I did check the bill, I didn't recognise an item on it. Tap water! They charged for a carafe of tap water. I told him to remove the tip and I paid. He was obnoxiously rude and aggressive. Would not recommend under any circumstances.More

Avoid at all costs. Poor service, even worse food. My girlfriend thought of giving at a 2/5 with the argument that it could have been worse if the food did not come at all. I disagreed, that would have been better.

Our judgement lapsed. We were also quite drunk. Me and my girlfriend were inticed by the potential of outdoor seating by the astronomical clock and my girlfriend was sick to death of eating slabs of Czech meat (I wasn't) and therefore wanting a refrshing pasta...dish. We sat and gazed at the menu in amazement. There was a blend of Czech food and pasta (with pictures), what could possibly go wrong. We started by ordering a bottle of expensive wine but they proceeded to leave it on the table unopened whilst serving other people. They finally opened it but served it in obnoxiously large gin glasses. I also add, that they did not serve the wine correctly. I ordered a traditional Czech pork knee and my beloved girlfriend ordered a tagliatelle bolognese. Her bolognese came lukewarm and with a familiar sense that it had been microwaved. She took a few bites and announced to me that she's had better ready meals from the morrisons savers selection. My pork knee was cold, fatty (not in the good way) and dry in the meaty parts. Awful. We also had a side of chips (fries for you non British people) but the waiter did not know how much they cost. They came and they tasted like cold cardboard (not that i know from experience). I also add that they offered mayonnaise but charged us £1.90! When we finally, and reluctantly, paid for the food, they did not ask us how the meal was - I think they knew they had served us an abomination. I would not recommend this to anyone with a brain. Utter tourist trap and not even a good one!More

Food and atmosphere was lovely, service was totally fine up until the payment. We asked to remove the 12.5% service charge (which they hid from us initially) and was greeted by a rather forceful “why not?” And a “oh you’re brits, typical” despite this person...not being our actual server. He then threw the receipt on the table and walked away without saying anything else. Safe to say we aren’t going back, not the most polite service everMore

Awful service the waitress was rude. We were asked if we wanted ketchup with burger and fries then charged extra for it without being told. A 12.5% service charge was added but was done in a really sneaky way so we couldn't see it properly...on the receipt. The waiter read out what we'd ordered then held out the card reader but didn't tell us about the service charge. If I'd known, I'd have refused to pay the service charge as the service was awful. The food was average - not worth the extortionate prices we paid.More

Lots of drinks choice including cocktails! Dessert was nice and also lots of choices. Quite expensive but paying for location, good atmosphere. Didn’t eat any mains but looked like there was also a lot of choices. The outside was very nice all the chairs covered...with furry blankets & lots of warmers, didn’t feel at all cold.More

After visiting the Black Angels cocktail bar last night (which was super) we called in for lunch. We waited an exorbitant length of time to be served despite asking for something. The restaurant needs to have the same standards as The Black Angels…More

As others as well mentioned, the guy that charges you is incredibly rude. The ticket clearly states “it doesn’t include tip” but then he charges you whatever it pleases you without asking “as a tip.” That’s basically stealing. When I pointed out why the price...different from the ticket, he was so rude about it and offended as to why I didn’t want to leave a tip, after he was basically trying to steal from us. The service is bad and the food sooo over priced. There’s so many places to eat around Prague, that this experience is really not worth it.More
