PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!! Service was professional, friendly, efficient. Staff are happy and smiling, very polite. Looked after us very well. Excellent delicious quality Czech food and Czech red wine was amazing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in traditional style - lovely! The piano player...was BRILLIANT! we enjoyed the love piano music with our dinner. We came from UK for Christmas Markets. We will come to this restaurant again in future. Thank you for making our holiday very special, Neeta & MartinMore

Food was average at best, service poor, charged €4 for ketchup and bbq sauce and then they added on a ridiculous tip to bill, be sure to read the bill before paying! Would not recommend here at all

Went to this restaurant with friends. Staff was friendly at first but later ignored us, refused to split the bill and was extremely rude. Only at home did we realise the impolite waiter charged us for 500 CZK extra as his tip.. OO never again!

It was late and we were hungry so we went there and had no expectations since it looks like an average tourist restaurant and has pictures on the menu (which normally equals bad food quality). So we were pleasantly surprised when the food we ordered...(steak, burger, Schnitzel, veggies, fries, potato puree) was excellent. Fries were thin and crisp, the Schnitzel tender with a fluffy crust, the veggies fresh and al dente and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. Nothing was too salty, ingredients high quality and the deserts (Creme brulee, Tiramisu) also absolutely top. A nice and competent waitress.More

We had a great evening here. Beautiful sunny 🌞 Saturday around 7pm. Nice table outside sorted with heaters under the canopy. Best people watching location ever. Right by the astronomical clock that chimes on the hour. Food was really good. Beer 🍻 smashing. Then had...a couple of cocktails 🍹. All for £61 uk 🇬🇧. The bill was explained without me asking. Here they do put a tip on (I always tip anyway) and asked if wanted to pay in CKZ (always best so you don’t get charged bad exchange rates). Toilets downstairs by black angels (a speakeasy bar, that if I’d known, would have gone to, but it was our last evening in Prague). Lady on door for toilets and small change charge but only had phone with me. No cash. I explained we were eating and no problem. Toilets clean but quite a few steps. Prague is no place if you can’t do steps unfortunately… We would definitely recommend. Yes it’s more expensive than down the side streets but we loved it!More

The view from the rooftop is stunning across the Old Town! We saw the skyline at sunset. The Castle and the Astrological Clock Tower were beautiful against the night time sky! The food and service were good but make sure to reserve your seat as...it is very busy!More

Sat down for drinks. Asked for jug water alongside drinks. Served small bottle then they got rude. They didn’t care about service across tables and just talked amongst themselves. 12.5% tip added and underserved

First, you get on the elevator and go to the top. Then, climb a few small flights of stairs to get to the roof deck. And, then, WOW a beautiful view of the rooftops of Prague and the famous clock tower. It was quite warm...up there and the fans only helped a little. I appreciated the multi-lingual menu with pictures, which made ordering easier. This place was definitely setup for tourists though a number of locals were present. The food was good and well-prepared. The wine list was adequate. For the most part, the service was good. The only problem happened towards the end when we couldn’t find anyone from whom we could get the check. The server we had worked with most of the evening said that he couldn’t do it because we didn’t start with him. Finally, someone we had never dealt with before presented the check and we paid and left.More

Visited with a couple of friends. Charged double the price of a beer in comparison with the next door restaurant. Boring food and unenthusiastic personel.

Food OK but not worth the price. One nice waiter, but the one who came with the bill was awful. We denied the tip because of his entitlement.

Do yourself a favor and walk past this place. It may look nice from the outside but something is seriously off once you’re in. Staff is simply rude, no other way to put it and have no basic waiter skills what so ever. And just...make sure you deny the 12,5% tip they will add to your bill because they know no one will leave tip otherwise. You will get a huge attitude and the waiter will tell you he wants it and that you need to, but you don’t and who cares, its a shitshow from start to finish anyway so walk away with less bad taste in your mouth this way if you were so unlucky like me not reviewing tripadvisor before sitting down.More

Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Absolutely terrible and rude service. The food tasted off and disgusting and we couldn't even eat it so we were still hungry when we left.

The service is awful, it took 20 minutes to be given ice and the attitude of the waitress was unpleasant. The drinks were flat, the food was cold and very clearly not fresh. Honestly do not waste your money here, I am angry that I...had to.More

Terrible service, nothing “homemade”, not fresh food, tourist trap. Good just for the photo. Went there with friends for Breakfast, it took so long that table next to us left before they brought them the food. Service was terrible. At first they brought sweet meals...and then nothing for like 15 minutes, then they brought other meals, without a word. Coffees and other beverages were brought as they wanted, without system. Everything was chaotic, I felt like they forgot what we wanted the second they left the terrace. Food is definitely not worth the money (as it is not cheap), salad on side looked like it has been there for few days. Apple and carrot smoothie really disgusting, tasted like carrot juice with warm water. We even rejected to pay for it.More
