After wandering the busy labyrinthine alleyways of Prague's old town, we noticed the unassuming entrance of Restaurant Le Terroir and stepped into the calm of what appeared to be a small and charming outdoor courtyard cafe. When we arrived for lunch, we were the only...More

I had the 4 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. I had arrived that day and was tired, so sat at an informally set table in the bar area, which was suited my mood. Although it was a Friday evening, it was not very...More

The food was great, but the services was the opposite. Getting the dishes without cutlery. The food was on the table before the wine was served.

Delicious foie gras, artistic plate presentation, excellent dessert with a very tasty mint tea. Everything looked after into detail. We had lunch outside in the courtyard, the place is very calm and the staff very attentive. Definitely a must in Prague.

Food excellent but spoilt by pushy service. We were being pressured into the added extras and the most expensive options at every turn. Still we stuck to our guns and the tartiflette and beef bavette were very good.

I haven't written a review in a while but my exceptional experience at Le Terroir inspired me to do so. First, the space -- typical warren of small dining areas found in older locations in Prague. So while the capacity is large, every table feels...More

We just stumbled into Le Terroir while we lost our way to a sightseeing spot in the noon and we made a reservation for dinner. In the day, the restaurant look very homely from the exterior. At night, when we returned for dinner at the...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is

square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
