We wanted to thank you for our small Wedding dinner on the 25th of September in Bellevue. Our families were shocked by the quality of the dishes and the level of service that your restaurant offers. The dinner was just delicious the same as the...cake! Still remembering our red velvet 💞 Thanks a lot for helping us to make our dream come true during these hard times... We wish you a lot of success and a lot of loyal clients:) Best regards, Tamara and SalvatoreMore

On our last night in Prague , my husband and I opted for dinner in Bellevue. We were staying the last days of our trip in the Smetana hotel. It was very convenient. I have always loved Bellevue , have had diners here several times...before, sometimes with extended family. We return to Prague almost every year and return to our favorite restaurants. I love the amazing views, same as we enjoyed from our suite in the Smetana hotel during this visit. The food was very good , we had salads, Caesar with bacon:) , mixed salad with tomato, Entrecôte with the Cafe de Paris secret sauce and hranolky. My husband enjoyed the traditional Veal cutlet with mashed potatoes. Selection of sorbets and ice cream for him, Raspberry Panna Cotta for me. Wonderful, friendly and attentive service , great food and last but not least the wonderful views made our last evening in Prague memorable. A lovely Farewell to Prague... Till next time, Dekuji a Nashledanou.More

We’ve been all over the world, with an emphasis on North America and Europe, and this was one of the most memorable, enjoyable meals that we have had. I had the St. Jacobs Scallops, followed by the Veal Fillet and my wife had the Sea...Bass; delicious and the presentation was beautiful. After the meal, there was a small problem that had nothing to do with the restaurant. However, we were presented with a bottle of wine! I’ve never had a restaurant take ownership of a problem that was not remotely theirs. In fact, any business not just a restaurant. Amazing service! Yes, we will be back.More

Bellevue and it’s sister restaurants have lorded off Prague as the fine dining of choice for as king as I remember! 15 years after my last visit, I was so pleased to see the place, looking even better than before. The courtyard, which I think...is new is just such a pleasant addition to the restaurant and the new menu is aligned with the alfresco mood, light and flavoursome, no heavy sauces! The service is excellent as you would expect, making this once again a restaurant you would want to use as a measure for other fine dining pretenders. The refreshing gazpacho was zingy and just right for a warm sunny afternoon, followed by a seafood risotto, done perfectly. The pours of Prosecco and the ambience was reassuring, even in these times of COVID, some places will put out their best to take you back to better times. Make sure Bellevue is on your list to treat yourself when you are next in Prague!!!More

The food here was decent but lacking the finesse you would expect from the price and other reviews. If you are used to New Nordic food or expecting Michelin quality there is still a long way to go. It has a big potential but unfortunately...they simply make too many little mistakes here and there. The atmosphere was really nice in the little outside courtyard. Staff were very polite and friendly but a little too robotic. I think they topped up my water 15 times or so. Also they had little idea about the ingredients in the food they were serving. Some of the dishes seemed a little randomly composed, some good, some less so. The served a surprise pre-desert with dry ice, nice effect but apple-celery combination was a little weird. The desert looked nice but was during the presentation soaked in chocolate sauce. We complained about a fish dish that tasted too fishy as in not fresh. There was no compensation or acknowledgement based on this. They served a chocolate treat at the end that tasted of garlic. All in all a medium experience, but I believe thay have a chance to be really good if they improve.More

The courtyard is white and clean with a relaxing environment to enjoy our meal. The staff are educated on each dish and the wine region for the wines which had been paired with our meal.

I chose this restaurant for our first wedding anniversary with my wife. And it was good decision. Food was fantastic - we went with 1 degustation menu and starter + main meal and all 7 plates were delicious and well presented. And all waiters that...attended us were very pleasant and helpful. I can definitely recommend!More

No one had jackets or ties in the summer/fall heat, but it's definitely on the more elegant side of things...So no jeans, tee shirts. Men were in dress shirts not polo...Oh yum
