Had a very good evening at Salbka and I will definitely recommend visiting the restaurant. The dishes are beautiful modern style gourmet and they are at level with Michelin star restaurants. Some say that the waiters are inexperienced, but our waiter was so kind and...gave us a very personal service. That's more important to me, than knowing all elements of the fermantation of all wines. Compared to what you get, the prizes are low, I think. We gave around 140 euros for food and wine for two persons. We choose the wine menu and I think that there's some improvement to be made. Some of the czech wines simply aren't there yet, even though I would love is they were. And the amounts poured in the glasses are too little. But that's minor things and you should go there! We ate at Field (Michelin in old city) the day after, and from the two, I would recommend SalabkaMore

Food was excellent, a great variety of dishes. Service was lacking big time, spilled wine on my pants, bad presentation of wine and dishes not optimal. Generally food was really great, but the service is no where near a michelin rating or some likely. Unfortunately...i think it was unexperienced waiters creating confused and overall a bad experience although I do think the mistake was on the management as they didn’t seem to have been taught how to present food, wine etc.More

In a beautiful building next to a vineyard only a short taxi ride from Prague city centre we enjoyed an amazing meal with delicious wine pairing. Staff were professional and courteous with great attention to detail.

What a lovely location and beautiful building. Cannot wait to see this place in spring and summer. Attentive service, lovely wine pairing, great dishes; all in all great evening. Staff is unprofessional especially to foreigners. Besides the beautifull interior & amazing exterior, willingness of people who manage this place is weak. Food is not extraordinery for its overprice. So it would be great if you go for a dinner or wine, the waiters are...nice and smily. Bur if you will decide to pick this place for any kind of celebration, you will start to face so many unreasonable restrictions, extra charges for non sense services and no willingness for change even meal or some extras for your guests.More

Salabka is far enough out of the main part of the city that we had a fairly expensive taxi ride. We booked with great anticipation and were rather sad to find so few people eating there on a Thursday night. We opted for the 5...course rather than the greater number of courses. Presentations were all interesting although they started to look too similar as the meal went on. Each course had a number of ingredients which made it difficult to discern main flavours. The meal was not worth the cost and the wine was truly mediocre and rather expensive. A disappointment. Not bad but not good enough.More

Trap aimed to tourists, nothing really authentic, Russian waitresses, etc... do not go there, there is a lot of better restaurant in the city, definitely not worth the money!More

For fine dining (or fine lunching) you won't be disappointed with this exceptional restaurant, located on a wine farm on a hill overlooking Prague. Probably best reached by motorcar (although public transport is apparently an option). We had Martin as a waiter, who was very...knowledgeable about the wines (all made by the Salabka estate itself), and brought each of the courses with professionalism and a touch of dry humour that made everything more enjoyable. White linen and stylish bathroom complement the perception of quality. The views on the vineyard are good, too.More
