A total Gem of a place. great atmosphere. I went in for a quiet pint while in the area and ended up chatting to regulars and staff, all of whom are very friendly, especially the silver haired man in the corner. The menu is as...exciting as a barrel of monkeys. I had the lunchtime special and it was indeed a special lunchtime. When Im next in the area I will definitely go back.More

Unfortunatelly quite empty place during Covid restrictions, but still with good atmo. Guiness fresh and right temperature. Hamburgers very tasty, perfect taste of freash meet, roll could be a bit more scriapy, but Ok. Fish&Chips quite average, not bad, not exciting. Staff should take a...bit more care about cleanness and sanitation of tables, we’ve used our paper napkin after arrival and it got immy quite back after few seconds of table polishing ....More

Not our first or last time here. This pub keeps getting better and better. The menu and food is excellent, not at all what you would expect from an irish pub. Lovely decor, clean and extremely welcoming and friendly staff. A great place to chill...on a hot summer day in Prague.More

As Irish Bars go, this place has atmosphere, is homely, does great local Czechia beer(Kozel 12), and has very good friendly staff. Has a good food menu and I’d recommend the Sirloin streak, mine was cooked to perfection. Has a selection of international beers and...numerous Whiskeys to choose from. For sports lovers there are 3 flat screen TVs and they show premiership matches. More importantly given the old Town Square is only a few hundred yards round the corner, it doesn’t put the arm in price wise and charges very fair prices for both food and drink. And if that isn’t enough, the toilets are cleanMore

We visited the James Joyce on our first trip to Prague. We were slightly delicate after our new years eve celebrations the night before but the delicious home cooked food soon sorted that. Two of our party ordered the steak, one ordered beef and ale...casserole and one fish & chips. All of the meals were delicious and the staff made sure our drinks never ran dry. Infact we enjoyed the place that much we returned the following day. Great food, great beer, great staff and great prices. Can't ask for much more than that!More

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
