We live in Holesovice from time to time, and Hamburg has become one of our favourite restaurants.
Good food and beer (Klostermann), gentle service, competitive prices.
In the last four days we have been their guests three times, and will come back soon!

We stay at holesovice harbor for two days and this restaurant is close Good beer and nice menu. And prices not like at city center. Good place to visit.

First off, the beer is great anywhere in the Czech Republic, but for lovers of strong darker beer, this the place. When we visit our small condo in Holešovice, my mother and I usually don’t cook, so we end up eating at Hamburg nearly every day. The menu provides enough variety for that purpose. Better yet, the restaurant offers a very reasonably priced, tasty noon menu. Whenever I walk by, the small outside beer garden is almost filled to capacity. Hamburg draws young professionals who live or work nearby and international expats. The absence of tourists is a plus and luckily the norm in Holešovice, which is a real neighborhood, not the kind of amusement park that the old town of Prague has unfortunately devolved into. The staff are friendly and after a few visits, you’re a local.
Apirationally, the food skews international. You won’t find classic Czech dishes, but excellent soups, salads, okay burgers, some Mexican fare (not terribly authentic but palatable). The prices are still on the low side when you come equipped with dollars or euros, less so for average locals. All I’m all, Hamburg is a very good dining option or a great spot for a drink.

I have never been treated so badly and not welcomed than in this restaurant, the terrible service from the moment we entered the place, starting with the waitress almost with a very hostile attitude and a loud voice scolding us because we would not sit at the table that she did not want us to.
We sat down, but he never explained or directed us to which tables we could sit at.
According to the order I asked for, they gave it to me wrong
Third, we continued sitting in a space in which, without telling us anything, they turned off the light.
They never cared that we were there having dinner.
TERRIBLE PLACE I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THAT PLACE

Very rude waiters. They should learn some manners and client service skills. They treat people like animals. I asked for a glass of water and they threw it on the table like animals.

Great place to eat clean and healthy lunch near to Prague harbour in Holesovice. Love their food and nice service. In the summertime they also do have a comfortable terrace outside the restaurant.

I can say that food is quality and 'clean'. I ate chicken with potatoes with Czech beer and it was pretty amazing. Prices are not high and stuff is friendly. Not that big place but warm.

If you want top quality food at a fraction of the cost of the restaurants in the Old Town catch the tram to here. Outstanding dinning experience, friendly staff and quiet location to enjoy your meal. We really enjoyed this little gem of a restaurant. 5 stars.

I would say that this restaurants strength is the variety of options rather than the quality of those options. The food is good but not fantastic. But I’ve been there a couple times and would go again because it’s easy and uncomplicated.

Nice place to go for lunch even for supper or just to have their beer from very local Czech brewery. We were several times at this place and never regretted our decision.

Restaurant Hamburg is a great restaurant that we try to drop into if we can on any holiday to Prague.
This is a super chic restaurant ,the interior is awesome with it red painted walls ,modern decor and furnishings with it's cool serving bar and there's plenty of seating options both inside and outside on their fabulous terrace looking out into the busy and bustling streets around this restaurant and bar.
We were here on a Friday afternoon on a roasting hot afternoon,all the tables outside were full so we sat inside,we were the only ones inside so we could really appreciate what a lovely place this is.
A very pleasant member of staff who took our order of a couple of beers and we opted to have Dudak beer and these beers were served in tip top condition being iced cold and sparkling,we had a look at the nenunwhich looked interesting and decided to have steak,potatoes,veg and a chilli sause.
Our meal was over in no time at all,the steak was amazing,thick cut and cooked to perfection with delicious potatoes that were just superb,in all honesty I could fault nothing about this meal or our beers,we had a great dining experience in here and left full and satisfied.
We moved on after our delicious beers and meals and as on every other visit to here we had a great time.
Restaurant Hamburg is really easy to locate by jumping tram number 12.24.25.54. to stop U Pruhonu and walk down the street Pruhonu were you will find this superb restaurant.
Opening hours are:
Monday to Sunday,11am till Midnight.
Saturday & Sunday,Midday till Midnight.
A great restaurant and well worth checking out.

Ordered pork steak with egg, union, garlic...and I'got separately steak, egg, bread and garlic! Really?! Is it restaurant? Are you kidding?

As for a business trip I booked a room at this iBis Hotel for the night 16.10.2016. The room and the bed in general were very clean. The room did not have a mini ref but the hotel has a quite nice hotel lounge. The bathroom was pretty small but clean and the shower was working just perfect. The bed mattresses were a dream and slept very nice. As the room was to the road side almost every 2 hrs during the night until the morning I heard the tram train coming and going to and from the station in front of the hotel which was very annoying. But if you are able to sleep deeply this should not be a problem. Short before leaving the hotel the next day I found an insect which was not really welcome. No big deal, but this showed me, something there is not really clean as it looked like. After that I had my breakfast which was nice as they had everything what you wish, but for 11 Euro. I am really wondering why in iBis Bremen Hotel to which I will write a review after this, did not charge you anything for the breakfast. In general its was ok and the location to Hamburg Reeperbahn is just perfect and around the corner.

Found this restaurant in Holesovice Indoor and outdoor seating. Pleasant staff who spoke good English and provided English menus as well. Good choice of meal with nice salad options as well. Good beer and wine choices. Reasonably priced Would go again
