I came here for a lunch and due to my gluten/dairy intolerance tried to choose from the daily menu. The waitor was very helpful and double-checked with a chef so that I was able to have both delicious broth soup and a lovely chicken with...rice. I also ordered a mint tea which came in a big glass mug and with fresh mint leaves, lemon and honey. It was very nice. The service was very efficient and fast while also courteous and friendly. I will come back definitely.More
We had an early supper with family and we all enjoyed it very much. The menu is mostly standard Czech foods, but with a nice surprise or two, such as stuffed jalapenos. The service was friendly and efficient. Not too far from airport area.
Food is very good, both from lunch menu (and served quickly) as their regular menu. The self-made blueberry cake is definitely worth trying. If sitting outside, it is sometimes noisy from the traffic on the street.
Not far from Airport and worth the trip. Great food, beer and service. Has a large sheltered courtyard and restaurant and bar. Local food at local prices. Went here several times during our stay.
The restaurant is near the entrance to the Šárka area, near the trams and the city bus stops "Divoká Šárka". I visited several times, always very satisfied with food and service. They have good beer.
We were going to Divoka Sarka park and it was a very hot day. We stepped off the tram and decided to get a bite to eat and a cold one before our walk. The garden seating is very nice, lots of shade. Good cold...beer and food (greek salad and fried hermelin cheese) was ok. Prices of other food quite acceptable compared to the touristy old town.More
Staropramen on top and very good Czech food. Today was such a beautiful day we walked to U Dzbanu, sat outside and enjoyed a few beers and Czech food on the grill. The service is very friendly. There are daily offers and the choice is...limited. If you are vegetarian, this restaurant is not for you. There is a wall that blocks the view of Evropska - the main street - but there is still some street noise. But if you are looking for a neighborhood beer garden instead of the touristy ones in the center, you could do a lot worse than U Dzbanu. And the prices are very reasonable.More
Czech pub, typical, good beer, as well typical Czech food, staff average, they have summer terrace , grilled food
The food is freshly prepared, but it is very meaty. Vegetarians can select from grilled cheese, or grilled cheese (I couldn't see anything else). Carnivores have a much better choice, which looks as smells delicious The beer is Staropramen, which is a fairly typical Czech...beer, with a variety of strengths and flavoursMore
What a fun place to visit. A delightful beer garden that offers a non-smoking area! The pork brisquet and the potato pancakes we tried were delicious and plentiful. We found the service great, timely, could communicate in English, and very accommodating. We got a lot...of tasty food for the money- a great value.More
Normal pub they have smoke and none smoke part. Services are quite poor. What is good is garden but if you can choose another pub choose it.
We had just been to the wonderful brewpub NAD ŠÁRKOU A LIBOCKY PIVOVAR for a great meal and their wonderful brew's when we decided to visit this interesting looking pub we had passed on the tram. A lovely beer garden, perfect as it was a roasting...hot day we ordered a couple of beer's and just chilled out . This is a cool pub, lot's of outside seating with enclosed area's also. Staff were really nice, service was good and the beer's were served in perfect condition, iced cold and totally refreshing. As your out of the tourist area the price is outstanding . This is a pub i highly recommend for a visit,if your visiting the brewpub NAD SARKOU it's only a couple of minute's walk away. Quite easy to get to from MALOSTRANSKA,jump on line A down to NADRAZI VELESLAVIN exit metro station and hop on the tram a few stop's down to end of line stop DIVORKA SARKA the pub is across the road. Opening hour's are; Monday to Sunday,10am till 11pm. Great pub and well worth a visit.More
After visiting pivovar and hostinec nad sarkou a libocky in this area we decided to go here and have a quick beer. This was a fantastic surprise very busy with locals ( think we were the only two tourists in here).A very nice place spottless inside...we opted to stay in the beer garden which was very rustic with nice benches and tables to relax in.When here we had a Staropramen pivo served in tip top condition the price was extremely low served by a very friendly waiter'service was fast and efficient.Never sampled food as we had just had a meal but on my next visit to this area will definitely come here again.Located on Jenecska street. The easiest way to get to this establishment is jump the metro from Malostranska-Line-A to Nadrazi Veleslavin then Tram two getting off end of line at Divoka Sarka three stops I think from down town Prague to here 20 minute's. Opening hours are. Monday-Sunday-10.00-03.00 Nearest metro or tram. Tram-Divoka Sarka-2More
