Nice Informal Indian Restaurant with Good Food

My husband and I enjoy Indian food immensely. We chose Golden Tikka based on reviews and a more casual atmosphere we were seeking. Our favorite, we always order chicken tikka marsala. Their rendition of the dish was delicious, less creamy with a nice bit of...heat. Prices are reasonable. The waitstaff was attentive, providing good service. We enjoyed speaking Mandeep, one of our waitstaff about the good food.More

Fantastic Indian cuisine

Fabulous food, reasonably priced authentic Indian food. Restaurant was clean, Staff were friendly Only take cash, not as issue as ATM a few doors down

Best chicken jalfrezi I’ve ever had

We eat lots of Indian cuisine, my husband being a brummy was brought up on curry. I had chicken jalfrezi and it’s the best I’ve ever had! The restaurant decor is very basic but when the food is this good you can forget about anything...else. As soon as you open the door you can smell delicious spices. We had draught beer to wash it down and it was also cold and refreshing. Really good value too.More

Excellent dinner—will be back!

Excellent Indian—those best I’ve had in Prague and I’ve been to 3, all by the train station. This place was clean and tasty with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great value for money!

We visited this evening for a meal. What a gorgeous restraunt you have! Very minimal but so clean & the food was gorgeous. The best Indian we’ve had for ages! Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Lovely Indian restaurant, definitely recommend!

My friends and I came here on a weekday evening whilst visiting Prague. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The food was very good, the place had a good atmosphere and I’d definitely come back here. Our waiter was also really good. When splitting...the bill at the end, our waiter worked out all our food individually as we wanted to pay separately. He did it no hesitation and him doing it made it a lot easier for us. He also memorised all of our orders, there were 7 of us having starters and mains, we were impressed :)More

Good Indian meal

Good food BUT...

Good food, BUT note that rice is not included on the menu and has to be ordered separately. The food took a long time for us to get, and it felt like the staff was annoyed with us/forgot about us. They also expected tips and...were not happy with 5% (deserved 0)More

Great staff, average food.

Visited with 3 friends, all regular curry eaters, I’ve been eating it 2 or 3 times a week in the UK for 30 years. The staff were brilliant to be fair but the food was average at best. Didn’t taste fresh at all and we...were all convinced it was just microwaved or reheated and not actually prepared freshly on the premises. Two of the curries tasted like they were straight out of a jar. The wine was good and the prices were reasonable. Wasn’t an awful experience but it certainly wasn’t ‘quality’ Indian cuisine.More
