About
OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR Head Chef of Sezóna restaurant since spring 2011, and also Managing Director of the restaurant and Chvalská Tvrz Hotel since September 2013. He joined Sezóna restaurant after leaving Forest Golf Resort in Klánovice. He began his career in gastronomy at the age of 16, when he joined Inter Hotel Panorama. He acquired his greatest experience, however, during a three-year period abroad, specifically in Canada. Upon his return, he applied his experience working, e.g. in Parnas, Vojanův dvůr French restaurant, Kampa Park, as executive chef of the 5* Aria hotel and 4* Rott hotel. He bases his work on using fresh seasonal ingredients, predominantly from Czech suppliers. Under his stewardship, you can look forward to a true culinary experience. Jan Škrle

The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive.
Meals are well chosen with good daily menu.

Staying at the hotel above, this restaurant is perfect for a quick bite and heading back to your room. I was looking for traditional Czech food after sampling the other international fare in the area - this place delivered! Very pleased with the dish I received. Nothing fancy but flavor packed!

food is great value, wide range of food from traditional czech duck with dumplings, to honey chicken and lemon risotto. We had the restaurant cater for our wedding lunch, the food was well cooked very tasty well presented, everyone cleared their plates. They cater for children offering a small menu for children, also half portions of adult meals.
