We have just been more than very satisfied with organization and preparation of our wedding reception. Excellent food, helpful staff, beautiful design of the cold buffet and no problem with absolutely anything. I highly recommend that restaurant and their food and wedding services to all the couples who want to enjoy their day D and not to worry about anything.

Found this place whilst walking, good cheap beer, food was fine but they keep adding on to the bill, so be aware. Ketchup was 23 CKZ (£1) for a small quantity.

Good food, good service, helpful staff, very reasonably priced. We asked server for recommendations on local beer and food selections. His choices were excellent! Paid with Visa card.

Portions are large and delicious. It's hard to find this place because it's far from the city center. It's a mistake that you can not pay by card. But freely managed to pay in euros.

This is great place to eat simple Czech food and drink good Czech beer. There's a pleasant outdoor space, very close to the main road, but not too noisy.
Every Sunday, except the first in the month, a bunch of "old timers" get together and play traditional jazz from 7pm. No English menu, so take your dictionary.

After a long flight from South Africa via Dubai we wanted a relaxed light meal and plenty of beer. Going for a walk round the hotel at first seemed fruitless but then we came across this bar/restaurant with the whole outside area packed with happy locals. We decided to give it a try and got a sort of English menu. We ordered pork steak stuffed with crushed almonds and garlic prosciutto and a litre of beer. Enjoyed our meal so much that we returned the next night to try some other dishes.

We've had a great experience of Prague, but I have to admit that it's been a bit and miss with regards to restaurants. Not in the food quality department, as everything has been very good food-wise, but we've been ripped off in some places and we've had miserable service in others.
This spot was literally 50 metres from our accommodation and was recommended by our host. It's a little away from the old town centre, so off the beaten track, and it's a local joint.
The best is awesome, the food is served in good sized portions and it's filled with people who live in the area. It's real and it's good. The prices are extremely reasonable and the people, wait for it, are very friendly and attentive. The food doesn't get to your table particularly quickly, but it's great when it does, and the beer helps the time go by.
Give this place a try.

I regularly take my group of students to the Chalupa, because it's really worth it! They serve really good Czech food, they have large variety of draught beers for a very nice price! The owner is a gentleman! It is easy to reach using the red metro-line. If you have special request in connection with the menu, they will try to arrange it!

Staying at the excellent Corinthia hotel but wanted a more local experience we ventured forth. If you go up left along the main road from the hotel you will reach this's bar in five minutes. Good menu of Czech food and great choice of beers. Friendly helpful staff. Great value.

Having left Aberdeen at 0600, my wife and I were ready for some really satisfying food after only snacks throughout the day. We were not over impressed by what was on offer in the hotel so went looking locally.
We came across the Krusovice Chandlers it seemed to tick the boxes; good plain food at reasonable prices. This also applied to the accompanying liquid refreshment. We both had breaded chicken with fries. No complaints at all.
Although we like to try different eating places each evening when we are on holiday, I would be quite happy to eat here each night.

Lovely local bar serving a nice fresh chilled pint. Table service with a smile and on the ball - your glass never gets empty!

food was okay, beer was tapped well. Plesently surpised by hot water for wasking hands before BBQ ribs. But the overal experience was really avergage. The ribs were made in the way that the cook could not realy decide what spices to use (a lot of spices)

Good variety of Czech beers. Good menu of mostly pub foods. Lively atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. I had a goulash dish, found the beef to be la little on the tough side.
