The waitress and waiter seemed oblivious that they had customers. For a country with a growing number of tourists, customer service is as cold as the weather this early spring.

It's not that easy to find it but it's worth it! Ask in the tourism information or locals! A restaurant is located just 3min walking distance from the Charles Bridge!! There is a limited number of dishes (everyday different things) but you can definitely find...something for you:) good prices!More

Restaurant serves tipical czech food and drink. It is located in big and pictoresque vaulted cellar of former jesuit college (here come the name of restaurant from) near famous saint Nicholas church in Mala Strana. I ate goulash and knedliki, and it was very good....Goulash was made from selected beef meat and knedliki were skillfully prepared. Beer had the right temperature. Despite lack of knowledge of english language, waitress was kind and we managed to arrange everything. Price was affordable. I reccomend this restaurant to all who want a genuine experience of nice and simple czech restaurant in the heart of Prague.More

The atmosphere was not nice, the place is underground, has no windows, the tables are placed in a weird way. Also there is no mobile connection. The waitress had a awful altitude, she threw the plates on the table, didn't place them correctly and she...didn't apologize when she spilled some soup on my friend. The soup that I ate was just water with some vegetables and the main course was disgusting the sauce didn't complement the meat at all. Don't recommend this place to anyone.More

We are here while on a guided tour of Prague. This restaurant is in the basement of a church so it maybe difficult to find. We came for lunch. The offerings were basic Czech dishes such as goulash, pork, and chicken with bread dumplings. I...enjoyed my meal of pork, white cabbage and dumplins. The beer was COLD which was good. The price was affordable.More

Profesni dum located in Malostranske namesti was one of the worst places that we had food at in all of Prague. We waited for 10 minutes before we were seated and another 15 minutes before somebody came to take out order. The waiter refused to...take our order claiming that they were full while I couldn't spot more than 10 other people in the entire restaurant. Overall bad experience!More

We were waiting for 10 minutes without any attention of the staff. After asking for menu we were told that they are not accepting any orders because they are full. Half of the places were empty though.

Very well positioned (just behind St. Nicholas in mala strana), this I a good value for eating Czech in Prague. Very big portions of duck and pork (with dumpling of course). For the beer, you would have to specify, for by default the take you...the gambrinus (not my favorite). We were a work group and we were served at the same time by smiling waitress.More
