We went on our first night and last morning and both times the food was excellent. The pizza was beautifully made. My wife said the risotto was excellent although not made with arborio rice the flavours were all there and the portion was enormous. 2...starters, pizza, risotto, 3 beers and 2 7 up all for 600 crowns. Around £20 I would highly recommend. Ok the staff were busy chatting with other guests but i guess this is a real locals restaurant so they know them.More

Great pizzas and pastas for a reasonable price (220 czk for a large pizza and two beers). It is especially nice to eat at the outside terrace during the warmer months. Unlike other reviewers - no complaints regarding the service The restaurant is located in...a residential area, not far from a metro station, about 10 minutes from the center by metro.More

We stayed at a hotel close by and visited this restaurant twice. The pizza was good quality and drinks were cold. Unfortunately the service was very poor. On both occasions the male bald waiter was rude and obnoxious. There was no customer service bone in...his body. It was like we were doing him a favour by being there. I would recommend giving this place a miss and try the local pub around the corner. Very disappointed.More

Just tried the pizza in this place, and it wasn't very impressive. They tried to make thin crispy crust, but it's just thin, soggy and rather tasteless. Huge minus for the service in this place. The one guy working there at least made an effort,...but them others was rather rude and would not keep their job elsewhere with that attitide. Tips for the staff in order to provide a tad better service: - When a costumer order a dish, and you (waitress) serves something different: Then you (waitress) do no get angry and accuse the costumer for ordering the the wrongfully dish you just served. (I know what I ordered!). - When a costumer tries to pay the bill with 1000 CZ cash for a tab that is close to half that sum. Then it's an idea to have change to give back for it, and most important of all you don't get angry and stressed about it - Just sort it out without complaining to the costumer that just tries to pay.More

This place makes its money from the business lunch crowd during the week. The food served then is typical Czech and good. BUT, after those lunch hours the restaurant is dead. Just like the food, extremely salty, poor service and overpriced to some extent for...price/quality. They can do better but why would they, money is pouring in from the lunch crowd.More

We chose this restaurant because it was so busy compared to others on the street and we were not disappointed. The goulash was tasty and affordable. We went back to that restaurant at another day. Friendly service, but not all spoke english. Recommended!

We wanted to take our children to taste authentic Czech food and stumbled on this restaurant about 1 mile from the town centre. The service was kind and friendly, the goulash was beautiful and the quiet, friendly atmosphere was ideal for weary sightseers.
