Really good food in a lovely atmosphere.
I had the beef tartare to start and my other half had smoked beef tongue, both were delicious. For mains we had duck and saddle of deer, again delicious.
The waitress was not the most knowledgeable about the dishes but she provided good service and sought answers for our questions.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you’re after a little more upmarket experience without a particularly big bill to match 🙂

We were here on 5/1/20 and were served with by a lady with short hair and a lady with a blonde pony tail. The service was impeccable and we would like to thank them! Our food was delicious, pigeon, mussels, deer and duck. Wow. Beautifully presented and so very tasty. Thank you Blue Wagon for a special evening.

Fabulous food, definitely worth the walk out of the centre. The chef clearly has a great deal of respect for seasonal produce, the vegetables were so perfectly cooked I could have eaten them twice. Service was faultless and the price was very reasonable - in England this place would be 50% more expensive and would have a month waiting list. If I was staying here longer I would be visiting again (and making room for the dessert course next time)

I am not used to write reviews,but for this restaurant I need to do an exception! The service is just perfect:very professional,every dish is explained and the service is not oppressive,but always there if needed. The food is great,the ingredients genuine and the dishes are well presented. Regarding Covid 19 rules, distance between tables and waitress wearing masks.
One of the best restaurants ever tried and I travel worldwide every month!

We booked the table for an early dinner at 5.30 as we had a two year old with us and they were able to accommodate us the next day.
The staff were helpful, kind and able to describe each meal and wine in detail for us, which was lovely.
We decided to have the a la cart option, choosing three different courses each. We asked the team to provide us with an accompanying wine for each dish, which was exceptional.
Each dish was prepared to perfection, and the wine they chose balanced and complemented the flavours in such a satisfying way.
We were given a selection of local Czech wines for three of the dishes, and another three Italian wines. The sommelier was incredible, describing the profiles of each and they really did make each meal something special. A very good restaurant indeed!
We left feeling very content and buzzing from a delicious meal.
Our son didn't eat with us as he avoids all forms of delicious food presently, but he was certainly missing out. The team were able to provide him a high chair and he sat very happily beside us.
The restaurant is stylish and modern with bright and fun artwork, the ladies toilets downstairs were very clean and even provided a little refresh of perfume should it be needed.
Thank you for providing us with such a lovely dining experience, this set off our Prague holiday to the perfect start.

If you need an escape from the everyday rush from time to time and just relax and enjoy superior food and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, this is THE place. Creative dishes and a flawless combination of flavors, combined with amazing service. My favorite dinner place in Prague.

We both had the tasting menu that was fantastic. The food is beautifully presented with balanced flavors that synthesize together.
The service is really fantastic, we had made an error with the booking and they were so accommodating.
We have visited Prague many times and eaten in a number of the most highly rated restaurants and this experience surpassed them all. It is also exceptionally good value.

This restaurant is a hiden perl not far from the downtown. Take your business partner here and you will always impress. It can be easily accessed by tram or tube. The food is a unuque fusion of French and Central European gastronomy. The team is professional and polite. I newer get bired in Blue Wagon as their menu changes in detail but remain reliable as to quality.

We went to the Blue Wagon to start the holiday season here in Prague. We were not disappointed. Each course was absolutely perfect. We told the waiter that we couldn't decide what we loved more - the kulajda soup, the beef tongue in horseradish source, the deer tenderloin... It was all cooked perfectly and the combination of tastes was perfect for a cold Bohemian evening. The wine was good by the class, but pricey. The dessert was lovely - but an extra scoop of that lovely ice cream would have made our evening absolutely perfect. Definitely a restaurant to which we will return.

Excellent restaurant, but during the spring wine tasting, the external staff paid attention only to their friends. Great disappointment caused by poor organization. Very slow service, dinner lasted more than 3 hours (5 small courses). Non-professional wine presentation. We are very sorry that this great restaurant is losing credit for such unnecessary mistakes.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, really relaxed and cosy. Martina, our waitress was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and gave us good recommendations. We had venison fillet which was the best we’d tasted, so succulent and cooked to perfection. Everything we ate was really excellent.

10/10. Excellent food and service. The NYE menu was perfect and accompanied with a very good wine package. The staff showed a great understanding of the food and wine that were served. Furthermore, one of us got help in collecting an item which was forgotten at the restaurant, despite the restaurant being closed in the days after our visit. Highly recommend when in Prague!

We were lucky to find seating for 10 persons on a Saturday night, but it might be because the restaurant is not right in the city centre. A really good meal for most of us. our friends who had the ravioli felt there could be room for improvement. those of us who had the duck were very pleasantly surprised. the restaurant call it their signature dish! i would have cherished an extra bite though! Excellent service. minimal decoration. Intimate lighting. Very clean! in all a pleasant experience.

Booked on line having read all the reviews, both the service and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations, one of the best restaurants we have experienced and certainly the best in Prague as far as we are concerned, even the soup was packed full of flavour and our waiter’s knowledge of wine pairing was superb. If you are in Prague and want a high end dining experience then you must visit, if you want cheap food don’t! 😁

I was on a bussiness trip to Prague and wanted to see how is the Czech hospitality.
Have to say was a very pleasant experience!
The friendly and attentive staff already made the evening more then worth to be there, but the crown of the evening was the aged rib eye steak!
Cooked to perfection, flavours and presentation made it one of the best I ever had!
I wish I could say something as a constructive feedback, but I trully believe they are on the right track and they dont really need it.
Great evening, good job!
