The restaurant offers an expansive and fresh breakfast buffet. The décor is modern and fresh. Great place to eat breakfast.

Arrived at the Carlos IV after traveling all night and had a light lunch at the New York Cafe in the hotel. The venison carpaccio was unbelievable! My wife's tapas were elegant and oh so tasty. We ended the meal with a hot white chocolate...drink.More

The bar in this classic hotel is ultra modern. It does not work and is out of place. You stay at the Carlo IV for the grandeur of the old bank and the fabulous banking hall that is now the hotel reception. The bar and...restaurant have been converted to be very modern blanking out much of the old décor. A travesty. Could be excused if drinks were good but out G&T's were disappointing and had a weird taste even though the gin was well known so maybe their tonic.More

The food was exquisite and there was huge range available. I was at a business conference and the food was all catered by the hotel and was amazing!

During our recent visit my husband twisted his ankle walking on the beautiful cobblestones of Prague. On one of our free evenings I did not want him to aggravate the sprain and suggested we eat in our hotel restaurant. I really was not expecting fine...dining, but we were pleasantly surprised. I had the veal schnitzel and it was excellent. My husband had the beef tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. Our veggie side dishes were particularly creative and flavorful. And both Hungary and The Czech Relic have excellent wines for very reasonable prices. The chef in this hotel restaurant is very talented.More

Foods look good but taste not good. Tried to book 2 days in advance, never response. If you come here without booking like me, you be placed somewhere that you won’t enjoy the atmosphere plus not tasty foods so it is not worth money at...all. Services staff just do standard protocol, not good, not bad, not friendly, not feeling welcome.More

Visited here as we were staying in the hotel Boscolo or Carlo IV as it is now known. Quick beer at night is 3 or 4 times the price in any local establishment which perhaps is what you would expect in 5 star hotel. Nice...bar. We had breakfast here during our trip which was nice again it’s pricey, but lots of variety, staff are really lovely, nice coffee.More

I was staying at the Boscolo and a couple of things stood out for me. The New York Cafe was where breakfast was served. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room, so the first morning I went downstairs without much in the way...of expectations. OMG! They had the most amazing breakfast. Great coffee, an espresso machine, I enjoyed strong Latte's, omelets made to order, fruit, different types of bread, juices, meats, cheeses, seriously I can't even remember all the options. I was full until dinner. I also had dinner here, and it was very tasty. It didn't blow me away like breakfast.More

First class service and food. Just excellent! Nothing was too much trouble. A good varied menu to choose from.

The Boscolo provides an excellent breakfast in its New York Cafe. A lot of variety with traditional prague selections and American style breakfast. Food was excellent with plenty of coffee and juice options.
