Friendly staff but honestly food was only so so compared with many other cafes we've visited in Prague. They need to raise the quality level of their food, in my humble opinion.

Experience for all of your senses. Such an artisan bakery filled with colours and taste. Kind staff as a bonus. Wanna come back soon.

We've visited many coffee places in Prague but this one stays number 1. Beautiful, amazing delicious cakes! And the great selection of macarons, even in Paris we didn't find so many types of macarons in the same place.

Stopped in for a mid morning cup of tea. We thought it was quite pricey for the area. Nice, helpful waiter though. Seem to be specialists in macarons, but we didn't try these. Note there is a minimum spend before you can use your credit...card without additional charge.More

These days it is actually quite hard to find a place where the staff including the owners would treat their customers with so much arrogance. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, indifferent - that would sum up the staff. The cake was lovely (although pricey), the coffee nice and...the place very clean - what a shame that it all has been let down by the service. Be careful - you have to spend more than 250 CZK to be allowed to pay by card. We sat down and did not spot the note in little writing at the till! They will send you, the customer, to an ATM although your potential tip would cover way more than the bank charges for the card payment;-)) P.S. Not too environmentally friendly either as they put our ca 5x5 cm take away cake in a ca 20x20 cm box and ca 40x30 cm paper bag;-)More

This place looks so amazing. A big map with the cities around the world, the wooden wall with different objects inside, very nice vitrine with cakes. You can spent hours here like in a museum of art. The cakes taste even better than they look.

I visited French market in French Embassy in Prague. Macaron pyramid presented by Milleme looked so amazing! I've visited their place just few days after and it was so nice experience! Very nice design of a place and delicious beautiful cakes!

place is cozy and design is very unique....it has some Japanese notes and French notes...so its a mix of Asia and Europe...which is really good...honestly,me and my friends tried macarons in many other recommended places of Europe,but i can say that the most delicious ones...are in Cafe Milleme....without any doubts! we even bought many boxes of them to share with our friends and families back home....if you r in Prague,u r lucky to have this cafe there...)p.s portions of cakes are also big...cause in most of the places they r tiny,and i hate it....haha....so for people who like big portions is also a right place)More

The most delicious, fresh cakes, the joy of taste, sight and smell. Have tried different kinds of desserts, liked them all. Staff is friendly and attentive, make the visit very pleasant.

Tasty, good quality & quantity. Staff very friendly. Interiors are soft, with contemporain design. Lot of fresh juices, sandwiches to Mos sofiticated dishes.

Went to buy a cake to take away for lunch. The waiter did not tell me that the cake was not fresh but frozen. One hour later at home, the framboisier that I had bought 870Kc was still frozen and uneatable. Unacceptable.

The rainbow cake is gorgeous and worth a de-tour or when you're nearby to visit the Zizkov television tower. We stumbled upon this café/patisserie by accident. We were desperate for a coffee but most cafes in the area didn't look good and some had people...smoking inside. We got to Milleme and we saw the rainbow cake that was really pleasing to the eye. After several days in Prague we didn't have high expectations on the taste, but this one was gorgeous. The different layers were not only pleasing to the eye but also to the taste-buds.
