Amazing food and coffee! Had the vanilla latte and the breakfast bowl which was delicious. The owner is lovely and super friendly.

We come here every week and we love the food, the atmosphere, and the service! The owner is awesome and she’s typically in from M-F in the mornings, and I make it a point to come here and get the breakfast bowl! I make it a point to come to cafe pointa at least once every week. Their breakfast bowl is the best meal I’ve had in Prague! It’s seriously amazing. Great atmosphere, great vibes, great service. My friend and I got complimentary lemonades and it literally...made our day. I highly recommend!More

A group of us met at Cafe Pointa for brunch every 2 weeks on Sunday for the last year or so. We loved the breakfast menu and the other delicious options, as well as the great service we received! Sadly, this all changed in the...last few months. Despite being on the menu, the breakfast options are never available on Sundays anymore, the gluten-free pasta is never available, and many of the other items on the menu are often unavailable as well! The place seems overbooked and understaffed, some orders take an hour to make. Unfortunately, we'll have to find a new place for brunch.More

Cafe Pointa is a very nice place for meetings and have fun! We organize our language conversation meetup here and everyone love it! :D You can have a good dinner, wine, cappucciono, amazing cakes... I recommend to the people to try it!

We ordered two cappuccinos and they were served cold, politely asked the waiter if they could heat them and in a bad way he served others. The unpleasant surprise came to pay, they charged us 4 cappuccinos !! We were treated badly and cheated by...the simple fact of being tourists, we do not recommend anyone visiting this cafe.More

I was staying nearby for a few days but needed somewhere to leave a small bag until later that day. An arrangement with a local flat owner suggested I tried the Pointa. Not only was I accommodated, but on my return and after I had...had considerable difficulty trying to sort out an Uber to the airport, 3 members of staff all came to my rescue. When it became obvious that I wasn't going to be able to hire an Uber, they organised an alternative for me! That is the friendly and helpful bit! The other enjoyable element was that I could sit and relax, enjoying a very tasty lemon and lime cheesecake and coffee whilst waiting for my taxi. Thank you so much, Pointa.More

A picture is worth a thousand words... Zero points for presentation and minus points for content. Burnt chicken, bread was hard and broken in half. Sandwich uncut and full of mayonnaise (swimming in mayonnaise) and everything was coated in burnt chicken juice. Absolute disgrace ....Thrown away. Will never eat there againMore

The atmosphere here is very nice, the staff was very nice, the service was quick. I don't give 5 stars because the toilet was awful, I could barely close the door, there was no way I could lock it..

A very pleasant visit in 2017, nice welcoming, good food, but what a disappointment when going back today: clumsy and rather unfriendly service, average meal. It took one of the staff 10 minutes to go and enquire in the kitchen what the soup of the...day was!More

Costumer-oriented staff, nice atmosphere, great design. My best friend and i were looking for a place to warm up a little on a chilly day this November while visiting Prague and this coffee made us lose track of time. As someone with dairy intolerance I...usually have to give up on lattes when i‘m travelling but they even offered different kinds of milk alternatives.More
