The staff is friendly and the beer is great. I would especially recommend their US red ale and Irish red depending on what they have available.

The food was very good and plentiful. I had duck, my husband had a pork dish, both dishes with a wonderful red cabbage and potatoes. We liked it so much we came back again with some friends a few days later. The house wine was excellent and they are known for their beers, and the men were very happy with... More

We stumbled across this pub in a side street on our first night in Prague. Being dark and cold outside we were soon warmed up by the atmosphere and welcome of the staff. We had a table upstairs and only wanted drinks originally. Seeing the people earing around us soon changed our minds. The food was excellent. I heartily recommend... More

Great rustic food (goulash is superb), and locally brewed beer, in a wide range of flavors/varieties. Good pub atmosphere, friendly staff. Recommended!

We stopped in here for a restorative beer after walking for hours. The waitress slammed down the beers and we thought she was made about something but no. Apparently the servers do that do reduce some of the head on the beer. And here we thought that she was ticked off about something!

We visited Tri Ruzi twice during our recent stay in Prague. Very welcoming bar/ restaurant with a great selection of beers, wines and food. Also enjoyed a lovely Apple Cider! Quality food at a good price. Loved the quirky murals and artwork that decorated the walls. Would definitely recommend.

Short story: reception was unbelievably rude and unwelcoming (though waiter Honza was great), food was delicious, best traditional dishes we had in Prague. We had goulash and beef with bread dumplings. Long story: My boyfriend and myself booked a table at 9.30 at this restaurant. Once we arrived we kind of waited at the doorway to be greeted but since... More

Description
The brewery and restaurant U Tri ruzi in Prague is situated in the historical center on Husova street close to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right after your entering the feeling of the unique atmosphere of an Old-Prague brewery will overcome you. The feeling is intensified by wall-paintings by artists Jiri Bernard and Pavel Jakl who drew and painted pictures about the history of brewing in the Czech lands as the rich history of the house (the brewery U Tri ruzi).

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
