A great place for beer, pleasant staff, nice atmosphere. We even got a present from a friendly waiter- a beer glass! Highly recommend this cosy spot!

My twin brother and I were exploring around the wonderful Old Town of Prague when we decided to drop into U Tri Ruzi, been here before on previous holidays to Prague, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love...the look of this brewpub ,interior is superb, etched glass windows, beer vats prominently on display, wonderful decor and furnishings, a great looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this brewpub, its just a really good brewpub to unwind in. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, we luckily managed to get a table, a study of the beers on offer and in the end my brother went for a Vienna Red beer while I opted for a stout beer, these were served in excellent condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular brewpub. My stout was really good, dark, malty, bursting with taste and very easy to drink, a proper good dark beer ,my twin brother also gave me a big thumbs up to his beer, its hardly surprising that this brewpub is so popular with beers served in this good a condition. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to U Tri Ruzi we had a great time. U Tri Ruzi is easy to locate along Husova, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town of Prague.More

Nice clean establishment with beer vats on show, seen a customer go up and have a look! Friendly staff, good range of drinks. Food was available, however it was full and people were leaving due to no seats, which proves food must have been good.

Pivovar U Tří Růží on Husova is a very good brewery and restaurant that offers a great food and drink's range and was just one of the many place's we visited on our ten day trip to Prague. U Tří Růží has a superb interior...with brilliant fixtures and features throughout the whole interior and superb murel's on the walls. All the brewing equipment is on display by the main entrance and there are great seating options throughout it's whole interior. We have visited here several times and this superb brewery and restaurant is as good now as when we first went to here. When we were here we had a Vienna Red and a nice lager beer which where excellent and were really well priced.U Tří Růží is a really good brewery and restaurant that's located in a superb area of the old town and is worth a visit if your around this area.(This is my 2nd review of Pivovar U Tří Rŭží). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-11.00-23.00.More

Food not very good, but okay. The rudeness of the staff not okay at all. After having just finished the food (nearly 5 minutes after) they ask you to pay and to leave the pub, with almost an annoyed tone. It's unacceptable that I pay for the dinner and can't even stay in the local to chat a little beat after the meal. Pub definitely disapproved, we won't never come back and we don't recommend it.More

1276/1500 Traduzione We had chosen this pub because of the typical cuisine, intrigued by the fact that they brew beer.So we decide to go for dinner. As soon as we enter we are greeted by a young waitress, the only one kind and smiling. We then ask if...there is room for us (3 adults,1 9-year-old child and an infant in a stroller) she replies yes, saying that we can take a seat in the room above by going up the stairs.Immediately afterwards, however, another old waitress notices us and without asking us anything, looking at the stroller she tells us that there is no room.... Obviously I object by saying that the person who had greeted us had said that we could pre dere place so the lady points to the stairs and abandons us there...so we start going up flights of stairs Bewildered because there is no one to accompany us we go up flights of stairs until we almost reach the kitchen, then we go down and finally find the dining room. Here now comes the height of professionalism and courtesy, typical of the restaurateurs in the old city of Prague: as soon as we enter the dining room a bald man does not welcome us,he looks at the children and in a very rude way tells us that the kitchen is closed, despite the fact that the other diners seated had steaming dishes just served!it was no use saying that he had already talked to other waiters, the bald guy doesn't want to hear any reason,he doesn't want to work and collect money! This behavior we noticed in many places in the old city of Prague,in addition to exaggerated prices and rudeness...as if tourists were a burden for them! But as soon as you cross the Charles Bridge towards Malastrana everything changes.People are courteous, prices are honest and you are welcome...Don't leave money to the bald man,he obviously doesn't Need It!More

Lovely traditional Czech pub that feels a bit more cleaner and upscale than the other pubs, and also little bit less touristy since its located in a quieter area just outside the main tourist areas. Service was friendly all around, my Vienna red beer was...smooth and tasty. The friendly staff try to keep a more mellow and relaxed atmosphere, as they kindly turned away a a big stag/bachelor party of 10 rowdy British hooligans. 295KR/$12.80 Chicken Supreme...I saw this dish on every Czech pub menu, so I thought to finally give it a try after so many plates of beef and pork. And it was very average! The generous portion of chicken was grilled and lightly seasoned, and slightly overcooked for my tastes. The side of vegetables and potatoes were also average. Nothing was bad, just not great. Would definitely give this place another try, I would just order something else to eat.More
