We loved the food but the service was a little rude as per the Indian Restaurant standards. The food definitely has an India-ness to it. Would recommend it.

I had dinner here while in Prague on business. It was completely empty so you'd think the staff would be super attentive - but I had to get their attention every time I needed something. The food was great. However I ordered something on the specials board only to be informed ten minutes later it wasn't available... (maybe shouldn't be... More

Good Indian food. The Chef perhaps is an Indian. Interiors are bit dim and hospitality can be much better. However, the location is excellent and walking distance from Wenceslas Square.

Came here as we wanted to have home food. But the food taste & quality was nothing Indian. We ordered : 1. Dal Makhani : tangy taste 2. Chicken Vindaloo : very tangy taste 3. Chicken Curry : OK 4. Garlic Naan : There was shreads of garlic thrown in top of a normal naan :). Also Naan was like... More

We went for lunch it was pathetic. The staff was ill-mannered. The food was also bad. The prices were really high. Very expensive. You can find some good Indian restaurant in nearby. Going to this is wastage of time and money.

Oh my goodness !!!!! What an awful experience, if we had gone earlier in the evening rather than leaving it late, around 8pm , we would have walked out. The waiter was SO rude, he rolled his eyes when we asked about the strength of the curry, when we asked for drinks, he snatched the menus from our hands If... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
