Came here a half an hour before closing. The kitchen was still open. The beer was cold; food was tasty, the wine was good. Prices are a bit higher than average in Prague, but good for this area. The staff was friendly. Likely to come...here again.More

I'm sure some people aren't happy if they feel they're overcharged as in the other reviews but we enjoyed our visit here. Good service from polite and friendly staff.

One of the great things we like to do when visiting places is to people watch. This square is full of people which makes it qualify as somewhere to have a drink and relax. We randomly decided on this café and sat down. The waiter...was friendly and helpful and it as not too long before we were simply relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. We had a mixture of cocktails, wine and beer across all our visits and had no problems with any of them. We ended up visiting this place three times during our visit. We think it is well worth a visit especially if you have ben walking for a while.More

We ordered two Flat Whites with an extra espresso shot each. Usually, we are charged maybe an extra 50 cents elsewhere. No, not here. They just charge you for two more short blacks! $25.00 (Australian) for two double-shot coffees .... outrageous!

We hadn’t read the reviews for this cafe bar before finding it while wandering around the city. Firstly, sitting in the heated patio area is a great way to watch the world go by. I have to say, reading the bad reviews, we did not...have a similar experience. Indeed, we went back on day two for a larger lunch. The food was very good, the service on both days was excellent and we had no issue with being “ripped off”. They do show you how much a tip may be as a “suggestion” on your bill, but it isn’t added as a mandatory option. Indeed, I opted to give them a cash tip as we enjoyed our visit and the service so much. My advice, try it for yourself!More

Avoid, unless you like waiting 10minutes for a cappuccino, being charged for a double when you never asked for it then being given a bill with service already added. Nowhere else in Prague did this!! We got told to move tables and they charged my...wife to use the toilet! Waiters were rude when I queried the bill and ranted in Czech at me.... disgusting!More

We stopped here to have a lunch during a short stay in Prague. It must be the only restaurant to serve up a completely inedible burger. It was tough and although it looked like beef- that’s where the resemblance stopped. Person delivering food to the...table- very bad mannered. The bill also was ridiculously high. My son then went to visit the loo and was asked to pay!! Complete rip off and poor food!More

Worst restaurant we’ve ever been at. Everything from the staff to the food is horrendous. The prices are practically a scam. Staff is rude and the food is not worth a penny. waste of a beautiful location.

While I did enjoy the heated seating area outside, I did not enjoy the reaction of the waiter to being asked if we could split the bill. I can only assume he’s really insecure about his terrible maths skills, but you don’t expect this request...to be met with violently throwing a tray at a wall. It’s quite a childish reaction when calculators were developed many years ago and take no effort to operate. We will not visit againMore

First morning in Prague, we arrived by overnight train at 8am and looked for a place for Breakfast and came to this restaurant at 8:53am to look at the menu. We decided it looked good and wanted to have breakfast here, asked this the gentleman...out the front that was fixing the plants and Christmas lights if we could get a table for 2 to be told "CLOSED" very rudely then my husband asked what time do you open and he yelled closed again to which I asked again what time are you open and he replied 9am and continued ignoring us. No language barrier he was just rude and pissed off to be at work that day. We walked away and will never dine here during our stay and advise others to avoid this cafe/restaurant.More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
