We expected so much from this restaurant and therefore were very disappointed. Service pretty much sucks. When we were there for a dinner, there were just two more tables occupied. The service was unbelievably slow and the waiter didn’t smell nice (said very politely), which...you dont expect in any restaurant, even less talking about a fancier one. Simply unacceptable. Steaks were in general good but nothing special. Pretty average and very oily. No reason to return.More

Probably the worst service we have ever experienced in any restaurant in Prague. One of us found a piece of metallic wire on his plate. When the waiter (owner?) came to attend the matter, he only said he is sorry and offered a new meal...to replace. We know these things sometimes happen but have never seen a restaurant which would not offer at least a bottle of wine or something similar to make you feel better. On the top of that, when we specifically asked about allergens because of one of us suffers from food allergy, we were assured his meal is allergen free and then he had to leave with an allergic reaction and find a treatment, situation to which they had no comment at all. After these distressing moments we decided to leave. No discounts/extras or at least appologies were offered... Food (apart from metallic parts) was allright, but really expensive considering a complete lack of professionality at this placeMore

Broadly themed steak type place. Starters were prawns, cheese and peppers. Not bad, but not memorable. The filet steak was great, side orders were average and relatively small. Restaurant is well presented, but perhaps lacks atmosphere. Overall quite good, reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect, we had partly our own music and partly there were singers we were able to hire in cooperation with the restaurant. They sang very good and knew many popular 'latino' songs. The food was delicious, service was very good and although we...were not easy clients, they managed to pursue everything. A very good service, beautiful restaurant itself, many parking spaces right next to the restaurant.More

Classy location, amazing food (taste & presentation), very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Parking place available, as it's easiest to get there by car and/or taxi, though a bus stop is not far from the location.

We had a group dinner here celebrating a big birthday. The atmosphere and interior of the restaurant is very attractive and authentic. The staff were very impressive too, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I don't really understand the comments of the previous two reviewers....The quality of food is very good, the choice is very extensive and the bottle of red we had (a Malbec) was one of the best I've had all year. I agree that it's expensive - surprisingly so for what's really the very outskirts of Prague. The price may well have been more of an issue had I been paying for the meal myself! Even so, I would go back and that's the bottom line of this review! I would in fact have rated it five star but for one issue: they forgot one of the main courses which left one diner without her meal. They then rushed to cook her steak and it ended up being under-cooked -a pretty elementary error for a steak house.More

The interior is lovely and charmingly decorated. The service is on a slightly higher level than at other places. The food is just average, with the high prices, definitely overpriced. We had a burger, the meet was tasteless. Overall, the place is way overrated.

A very nice option if you live around, so you don't need to go all the way to the city to have a nice weekend lunch. We've been to El Asador for the Sunday brunch as a family, and they had no problems in accommodating...our needs with a small baby. It's an all-inclusive buffet (also alcoholic beverages), with salad, starters, main, dessert. Great service, good food, all in all a great option.More

I came to this place several times for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Excellent service if you will compare with most of the placed in Prague. Once you will go inside, you can easily recognize that they have invested a lot in that place. They...have a good selection of wines that can go well with the steaks. The food is delicious !!!! The terrace is also very nice for summer days. I just hope they will keep the same quality level for food and serviceMore
