I was there with my friends to had Indian Food after two months of strict State of Emergency.
The time we entered, they approached for Sanitizer and then gives us comfort zone, though it was empty as it's just second day understood as many people doesn't aware of as they started or not.
Anyways the time we get comfortable they started serving us like kingsize.
The time and money we spend it's worth it specially Nalli Nehari, Tandoori Soya Chaap highly recommended and favourite Garlic Naan with Butter Chicken.
Today I remembered my times spend in Delhi during my visit to India for visa purpose to Old Delhi, seriously the Nihari was awesome.
Please guys visit yourself and believe it..

Not often I can say my day was rescuded simply by sweetness and overwhelming warmth of the cup of sweetened Indian tea, by heated plate gently served to the table to give you a feeling You are welcome here, taste of mango so intense that the smile just appears instinctively and you simpy want more and more, or smell of buttery garlic bread and deliscious chicken pieces waiting for you to decide what to take first? Even onion salad shows great chief's art hearth and plays with the guests eyes. All those pleasures in the surrounding space built up to immediately comfort and calm you. Simply saying: Come inside, sit and eat! Relax and enjoy! Simply the best Indian food, atmoshere and owner's true heart put on the plate! Care and passion to be tasted, enjoyed and shared. I fully recommend to everyone: single, couple, families - this place is a must! :)

The reception was very warm, the service was excellent. We ordered chicken Biriyani and the food was delivered pretty fast and delicious. Later, we tried the dessert Gulab Jamun and it was heart melting.
Definitely recommend.

If you want to take a liltle bit taste of India, it is the perfect place. The interior design refers to traditional indian home where you will be welcomed by the smell of incense and spices, and adequate musical setting. Staff members and waiters dressed in silk outfits are always kind and helpfull. But the main part of your trip to India starts when your food is served. Strong, spicy fragrances and amaizing taste of dishes will make you want to buy a plane ticket from Prague directly to the India. As a fan of Indian food i truly recomend this place, and I will back there, with the next visits to Prague.

Terrible service, I ordered Chicken Vindaloo and a Paneer dish for 479 kc and they never delivered me rice. When I called up the restaurant about the rice they didn't care they just sais " what do you want us to do? We have no drivers". Didn't give a single bother and hung up.
The food arrived cold too. Will never ever ordered from here ever again.

We have been here multiple times, and every time was as sensational as the last. Beautiful food full of vibrant flavours and spices, great ambience and friendly staff. Anand was exceptional in recommending new dishes, as well as remembering our favourites from our previous visits. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Prague.

I was searching for authentic indian food in Prague then my hotel recommended this hidden gem to me. This restaurant offers really good authentic indian food at a really adorable price. The staff was really good. Especially I would like to thanks Mr amit, Sumit and anand for their hospitable nature. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic food and really nice ambience.

I am a vegetarian and my partner is not; we both agreed that this is the best Indian food we've ever had and would visit at least once a month while living in Prague. (Our favorite dishes were the dal tadka and jalfrezis.) I can't say I don't love Czech sýr (cheese) or brambory (potatoes), but whenever I needed true spice and flavor, Lal Qila was my spot.

Had a lovely lunch in Lal Qila. We weren't so familiar with Indian cusinie and there have been so many options to choose from on the menu, so our waiter Amed was happy to make recommendations and has been very kind and attentive. The dishes tasted amazing and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. It was definitely a great introduction to Indian cusinie, and so much more to try. Planning to coming back! Thank you for the experience and special thanks to Amed for making our experience even more elevated.

We went there and were welcomed warmly by “Anand” our very kind service person! We ordered Murgh malai tikka, paneer butter masala, kadhai chicken and garlic naan! All of it tasted as good it tasted back in Delhi. The chef was from north India and hence the taste and quality were perfect. Highly recommend it!

Really nice place, cosy and with atmospehere of Asia with great serving. Palak Paneer and Chicken tikka masala taste was really good, however my girlfriend had some digestive problems later on. We don't know for sure, if the problem was caused by the food from here. Except for this we enjoyed our experience with indian food.

Lal Qila is my favorite Indian restaurant in Prague. We visited again after a two year break (due to moving to another part of Prague) and I totally remembered how amazing the indian food can taste - didnt get this anywhere else in Prague. Also super nice and polite staff and cozy Authentic atmosphere. Much recommended.
