On presenting the bill the lady serving asked for a voluntary 10% tip which I didn't like at all as I find tipping is something the customer should not be asked for.More

Lets start with our service & food was amazing. Our server, an older gentlemen started out with seating us immediately while it looked like a full house. Our server went above and beyond to exceed all of our expectations for this restaurant. My best friends and I were walking through the town looking for a place to eat and we stumbled across this place, and originally it looked full. Our server immediately...pushed a few tables together and got us seated right away and not did he do that, but he did it with a smile. He took our drink orders right away and from the moment he started interacting with us he was super funny and charismatic. I don’t know his name, he was a bit older and he had a great personality. I got the porn star martini and it was absolutely amazing. And then my boyfriend and I shared a steak as an entrée and that was also so amazing and tender. We were looking for somewhere to have drinks and we saw this place and it looked welcoming the staff were lovely we were severed by a lady who was avaliable when we needed her but not intrusive we had a few drinks and we saw...the food and it looked lovely so we got a menu and ordered I had the burger and my husband had the steak we both really enjoyed our meals the burger was very nice and the truffell mayo was perfect. We came across this restaurant on our way to the Old Town. It’s only been open 2 months but should be packed! The decor is beautiful with a huge 4 tier chandelier as a stunning centre piece. The food is as good as Michelin Star...in my opinion and presented really well. Prices very reasonable. The Manager seemed to be a little confused with the computer/till and I assume that is why we were charged for vegetables that should have been included in the price of the meal. We did not notice this properly until the next day as we had already queried the bill, but we too were confused by it and not being able to read the language didn’t help. However this would not put me off going there when next in Prague. You really should check it out. Just be clear on the bill at the end, although I am sure the Manager will get used to the system they use! As with Prague the prices are much cheaper than the Uk, so even though we may have paid more as bill was incorrect still great value for money.More

We had our worst Prague experience here. The place looks classy but the personnel is rather cold and unwelcoming. We ordered a brunch menu and we had to wait for an hour. It wasn't until we stood up and asked what was wrong that they...told us that they had a technical problem and the food will be ready in 5 minutes. Of course we haven't seen our plates until 20 minutes later. They didn't even take into account our asks that they confirmed when we ordered. Because of this restaurant, we missed our touristic tour for Prague. The food was not bad, but nothing to write home about.More
