We visited the restaurant on nye. We failed to make reservations in advance so they were kind enough to fit us in earlier in the night. For a multiple course meal on nye I thought the price was good, expensive for Prague standards though. Food was good, but not memorable. The best part of the night was the musician they... More

Staff were friendly but found food and service, average. Compared to others recommended on the Michelin guide, this wasn't one of our favourites and although there was nothing particularly wrong with the visit, the experience was just average.

We ate here for a lovely late lunch. It's in a fabulous location close to the Charles Bridge. It's quite cute inside and the food was really good. The menu isn't extensive, but they had an array of Czech and European style food. My flank steak was gorgeous.

Amade is a real treasure. The welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food and ambitious winelist made my day. The lunch we had was definitely the best we had in Prague and my plan is to visit the restaurant again. If you want to feel like a king for some hours, do go to Amade. You will not be disappointed. And... More

Located in the Pachtuv Palace hotel, this is where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu is very ordinary, there are more interesting places nearby. Service is good.

We had grown tired of the heavier East European meals and we're looking for some more Western European style food . We found Amade very close to where we were staying - we were encouraged by the TA and Michelin recommendation on the door. The server was very friendly , helpful and efficient . I had the foie gras (small... More

I came here for a schnitzel and a beer after a busy morning of sightseeing around Prague. The restaurant is conveniently located close to the river near the Charles bridge, and the food and service were both pretty good. Prices, as with most restaurants in Prague, were remarkably good value. Worth a visit if you're in the vicinity.

Amade is in the heart of the old city of Prague in a superbly renovated baroque "Pachta" palace. The restaurant's name suggests a connection to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Amade being his nickname), who used to spent time in this palace during his visits to Prague. The Amade cuisine is as intriguing and unique as Mozart's music.Visit us for an impressive culinary experience, be it a multi course meal or just a coffee and an amazing plum pie. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Charles Bridge in a private setting, whether you come for a VIP business lunch or a candlelit romantic dinner. To complement our a la carte menu, we also offer breakfasts and daily lunch menus for a very modest price.Contact us if you would like to book the restaurant for private parties, catering or gift certificates.
