Service was very, very slow. Server tried to take our plates multiple times before we had finished eating. Avoid the salads - full size salad was same portion as the side salad but 4x as expensive, not worth the price. Not happy with our experience.
What a lovely place this is. In fairness we were put off when walking past as it is so fancy we thought it was going to be pricey. Couldn’t have been more wrong. The food was lovely and very well priced. We had gone to...the equivalent of a “Joes Cafe” on our first day and paid 30% more for our food which wasn’t anywhere near as nice or presentable as this. Staff were very attentive also. Would highly recommend.More
Food was fresh and delicious. Very nice service. Friendly towards dogs. Price was reasonable for the quality provided.
To Daniela's we came only by a pure chance, after coming late to our other reservation. Pissed off and tired after a long day, we struggled to find a good cocktail bar to sit and enjoy our last evening in Prague. We saw the place...from outside and it was positive, that Daniela's by Barock is a quality place. First, we didn't realize that they were closing. It was a late evening and there were some people still sitting outside. But the manager of the place welcomed us with open hands and a great pure smile (something that we didn't get as customers all evening). He offered us cocktails and apologised for the closed kitchen. All in humility and a nice attitude. The cocktails were great. Original and surprisingly fair priced. We could only imagine, what great food they serve in there and we were disappointed with ourselves, for not finding this place earlier this trip. We had a really nice conversation with Matt (I hope I'm writing the name correctly), the manager, about the restaurant industry and finished our last-almost-ruined evening with a smile and filling of satisfaction in our hearts. I deeply recommend this place, because shiny diamonds are easily spotted in a pile of mud.More
Antipasti but not as you know it! The effort that must have gone into the monstrosity that this joint dumped on a plate for us is remarkable. Olives in need of a defibrillator to make them look half edible. Exhausted salami welded together in a...deathpact of embarrassment. Prosciutto? Salted to a point where we could not taste our wine and had to ask for water to regain any sense of balance. Which they charged us for! And cheese chunks. Average in the sense that a warm night in hell is average. Prague has hundreds of bars and restaurants. This should not be one of them.More
Amazing! My friend and I went to Danielas to eat breakfast. The food was really good. We were sitting inside, a very cosy environment. The service was really good and friendly. The waiter even had some good sightseeing tips in Prague. I can definitely recommend...it!More
An elegant oasis within a very touristy area. Absolutely incredible, food and design but even better service. A special mention to Matt who looked after us incredibly well and made our experiences even better. I would recommend coming here to anyone who visits Prague, a...perfect place to relax and enjoy the city outside of the madness, Enjoy!More
Highly recommend. I came across this restaurant as I was walking in Old Town Prague. They have a top notch outdoor seating area (very good for people watching) and the interior is terrific. The food was excellent. The best thing was the service: efficient, polite,...attention to detail, perfect. And the manager even gave me a free cappuccino and dessert.More
We found this place by chance as we were walking around looking for a place to dine, staff incredibly friendly, very nice atmosphere and the food was Devine, not very busy and we arrived prior to the kitchen starting to serve but staff were happy...to accommodate us and allowed us to have a drink and look through the menu for 15 minutes before the kitchen started. The steak was cooked perfectly and a great drinks menu with a lovely area to sit and relax. Highly recommended rhe lobster starter. Great size portion and full of flavor. Credits to the chefs!More
This is a lovely restaurant served by a very young crowd. People are very polite and lovely. Food is nice. The best is the atmosphere! The chairs, the tables, the décor, and the music! They have a DJ in place (it was a Saturday night)....I arrived by 900 pm and I have longer than 2 hours at this place with my self, the music, and the excellent service! Prices are quite good! It is not very expensive; it is actually cheaper when compared with other high end restaurants in Prague. I like the strawberry cake, the salmon was good and the entrance of sweet potatoes was delicious! I like the mocktail. It is located close to the clock in a more quiet area.More
Visited a couple of days ago while visiting Prague. Very beautiful decor, food was excellent, but the best was the service which Jakub has provided! Nothing was too much for him and was always there when I needed something! Would definitely recommend and will be...coming back!More
After a lovely day sightseeing we popped in for a drink mid afternoon. There was a wonderful atmosphere and great music. The service was just perfect. We decided to book for an evening meal and returned later to wonderful food and excellent service again. A...perfect Friday evening in Prague.More
A really special place, both for a coffee/tea, a good cocktail or an excellent dinner. Exquisite and friendly attention at all times, taking care of every detail.
Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in a modern setting with a classy feel. Danielas is a must for millenial couples looking for a romantic dinner or even just drinks. Well done Tommy & Jessica. We will come back here in the future.
