The food was tasty and the garlic bread with cheese was amazing! It’s all freshly made but pretty simple food therefore quite overpriced, But a lovely view of the clock so that’s probably why so expensive.
A bit disappointed with the pasta! It was cold and I got the worst table in the alley. The staff was very fast to take away my plate after I finished, felt a little bit rushed.
The restaurant is in a nice place by astronomical clock but we went to 2 others right by it with better view or just as good view of clock and both with much better food and a lot cheaper this place seems to just rely...on people assuming with price it’s going to be something special when it’s not. Staff not very attentive and food mediocre would definitely not recommendMore
The location is beautiful, in a corner of the Clock Square, but the prices are really exaggerated, especially if you think that a few meters away, still in the same square, there are restaurants that have much lower prices. Here the pizzas cost 20+ euros...each (!) while in other places you get to 10/11 euros at the most. You do the math. The staff is friendly, but two pizzas and two beers for 62 euros are really too much. Prague is a very cheap city, and this is really the only place where we overspent.More
Food was awesome! Service was really great! Manager super nice! Will be back if I'm ever in Prague again
This was extremely disappointing - the worst eating experience we had in Prague in a week. The service was s-l-o-w; we hit it after the lunch rush and only a few tables were occupied. Despite that the service staff seemed to be having a great...time laughing it up, but we couldn’t get service to order, get drinks, reorder drinks or get our check. In fact, we had to ask 3 times for the check since they just wouldn’t give it to us. We realized later that they have a gimmick going with this girl who goes around taking your picture, printing it out, and then trying to sell it to you. If they gave us reasonable service that girl couldn’t get the pics printed and try to make the sale. The food quality was just “OK”, but the prices are astronomical - the most expensive meal we had in the country, but not the largest or tastiest. During our 11 day trip, this is the only place we went where we felt ripped off - poor experience and overpriced food. And we didn’t buy the picture. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g274707-d2093420-r893399801-Al_Minuto-Prague_Bohemia.html#More
Food and service are good but the portion is extra small and the prices are exorbitant. A plate of pasta is around EUR 22. See pictures. I would avoid as there is a lot of choice in Prague where you can get more for what...you pay.More
Excellent location, warm (the heaters are very effective), and good selection of dishes. Once seated, service was good and attentive, but there was no one seating customers on arrival. The food was nice, and prices were reasonable, especially considering the location.
Lovely food and a beautiful outdoor seating area, heaters and blankets provided. Delicious homemade pasta and pizzas.
Very unacconadating would not reccomend, food was ok not helpful and nobody came to take us for a seat and tell us now long it was
Great food, friendly staff and an excellent location to pass the evening away. We visited the Restaurant twice during our stay in Prague, it was that good, the staff were very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Recommend the Grilled Chicken in Sweet Chilli Cream Sauce...and the Pizza’s. The house Red wine was also excellent.More
The location on the old town is perfect. We arrived just before the heavens opened. The outside space was lovely with heaters so a very comfortable atmosphere to watch the world go by. Food was also lovely, pork dish undercooked but rectified straight away. Couldn’t...fault the food. We didn’t pay our service charge. The waitress was brusque, miserable and made us feel uncomfortable. Doesn’t take a lot to smile. Wouldn’t recommend for that reason. Service is important.More
Food was lovely and the wait staff were attentive until it came time to pay, their card machine was experiencing connection issues, which we were told by the waitress that it was happening with ‘every other table’ the waitress was adamant that this was due...to a problem our cards even after having tried five different cards. After explaining that it was the connectivity issue to the staff (as it showed the message on the card machine) we were told to take money out at a cash point which charged us 12% to withdrawal abroad. We made sure to only go to restaurants that accepted card payments as it’s safer than carry cash The male waiter was very understanding and was happy for us to not tip to make up for the fee we incurred, however the waitress was extremely rude and stormed off without giving us our change and audibly complained to the other staff about us not tipping. she even tried guilt tripping us and raised her voice to try and embarrass us. Disappointing is an understatement.More
Rude staff!!! Definitely not a place for familly, we have been refused to seat because our 3yr old daughter was crying. Nothing else to say than avoiding this place at all cost
