We had a great meal at Sapori, starting with a wonderful steak tartare and then Sea Bass baked in salt with a fantastic truffle sauce, and an assortment of fresh vegetables. After reading reviews we thought that this would be a good place to eat. We got a taxi from the hotel as it was too far to walk. When we got there we thought we were in the wrong place as it was so quiet...everywhere. We went in and the place was empty. The manager greeted us and we sat down . He was very pleasant and the service was good. The food was excellent and well presented. Shame there was no atmosphere there.More

This is our local restaurant when we visit Prague 2. The food is Mediterranean and the young chef makes every dish very special. Their wine list is excellent - we followed our waiter’s recommendation and were not disappointed. My pasta dish was on the special...list for the day and it was great. The seafood soup is also tops. This is not a cheap eats place but it is very special and offers top class service. Make sure you try it.More

Dishes are super expensive even though they have nothing special. I had a starter with Tuna and mozzarella with a technical error: mozzarella was cold. My main dish was pasta and it was definitely not hand made pasta but from super market. Taste was nothing...special. My wife mainly had fish and she enjoyed even if a little bit smoked. What is really embarrassing for me was the bill. In it already included a 10% for the service (generally this is happening only in turistic trap/crap places). 2 stars are only for the service itself as the waiters were very good. The food was not worth the price.More

Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in Prague. It is located in a nice bohemian square in Vinohrady district, away from noise and traffic. Very exclusive Italian interior, pleasant service, beautiful garden, and most of all, a holiday of taste in your mouth. Big...choice of home made pasta and fish, combined with a wide selection of Italian wines. Prices are in the upper range, but then, so is the quality and quantity. I particulartly recommend the soups. Definitely a place worth visiting, for a special occasion or business.More

Stumbled upon this place while deciding on dinner. Just happened to be the best place I have eaten in Praha. The food was not only incredible, but the timing on which we received each course was nothing short of perfect. We ordered 2 glasses of...Pinot Gris and minestrone to start, accompanied by bread with oil and vinegar. For appetizers we ordered Grilled Calamari and Beef Tartare w/ black truffle mushroom (special for the night). Both dishes were executed beautifully with garnishes that complimented the meat exceptionally. For mains we order the Spaghetti and the entre special for the night - salt crusted Sea Bass. The Sea Bass was displayed with an extravagant presentation that was accompanied with a lovely filet demonstration of the whole cooked Sea bass table side. The fish was light and delicate with the perfect amount of moisture. This is a 5 star establishment that K would 10/10 recommend to any classy group of people that are seeking to enjoy a top notch meal. I took my girlfriend and was very impressed by the ambiance in the restaurant. The only disappointment was that I was too full to try the desert, which i am sure would have blown me away as well. If you have some time in Praha, this restaurant is a must visit.More
