We love meat, beer and trains so figured this was the perfect place for dinner! Staff are friendly, you're seated in "banquet" style seating so people all around you. The food was nothing out of this world but very good, there was a great choice...of drinks too. The main attraction though is, of course, the trains. It's great to see them go round, we ordered 2 rounds of drinks after our meal just to sit and watch them. Great fun, you must come here if you like trains (or just some entertainment with your food!)More

Fantastic novelty bar with drinks delivered by model trains on a track, no cheap and still worth it for the fun and novelty value. staff were great and we didn't have a reserved table. We were here midday and if you come in an evening...I would definitely recommend booking in advance. Situated on Wencelass Sqaure it wasn't the easiest to find and it is up some spiral stairs, near to the KFC and minutes walk from Muzeum metro (green line)More

We initially had some difficulty locating the restaurant, nestled on the 1st floor of a charming mall near the top of the street. However, once inside, we were greeted by a beautifully designed interior adorned with railway motifs. Amongst the bustling atmosphere of fellow diners,...mostly tourists eagerly awaiting their dishes delivered by train, we settled into our table. The service was prompt and courteous, with our waiter attending to our needs with a friendly demeanor. We opted for sausages and the restaurant's beer tasting menu featuring their own craft beers. To our delight, we were presented with four distinct brews, each boasting exceptional quality. Even the darker variety, which I typically avoid, proved to be surprisingly enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we were particularly impressed by the unique concept of delivering meals via miniature trains. I look forward to returning for dinner on my next visit to Prague!More

Prague’s worst restaurant, not good food and unfriendly waiters. Problem at the level of pay because impossible to share the note of a table of 10 people. I do not recommend it was a nightmare

Trains were fun but food was terrible and outrageously overpriced. Five of us only ordered 3 entrees to share with drinks and was nearly $140.

Had been looking forward to visiting this restaurant after seeing it on social media. When arrived I had booked the wrong day (completely my fault) staff member at the desk was rude and just held her hand up , we asked if there was space...to fit us in and she just gave us the ticket and pointed us in the wrong direction. When finally finding our seat, staff did come over to take our order quickly. However 30 mins had passed and we still hadn’t received our drinks or food when other couples had who had ordered after us. Got the attention of a couple of staff who did apologise and check the order and the food or drinks had never actually been put through the till. After around 40 mins of waiting we finally got our food and drinks but food was very average burger and was cold. Expensive and wouldn’t reccomend ! The concept of the train is a cool idea however the restaurant is massive and so busy, could do with a couple of changes to improve their customer service!More

Visited this restaurant after seeing it getting rave reviews on some Vlogs. Arrived and checked in where we were given a ticket with a table number on. Went to the table to find people already sat there. Managed to get the attention of a server...who pointed at an empty space on a communal table where several others were sat. Please note, this is not the restaurant you want to go to for a quiet intimate, romantic meal. After waiting for at least 20 minutes a server took our drinks and food order. It didn’t take long for the good and drink to arrive on board the little train. However, you need to take your good and drinks quickly as it doesn’t stop for long. The food itself was mediocre at best. I had the halloumi burger which came with fries. Everything was bland. I had the cocktail express; 4 cocktails. Apart from the mojito, the others were awful but that’s subjective to one’s taste. I think they were premixed cocktails and not made up fresh. The dessert was a raspberry panna cotta that came in a glass jar. Our check came to €90 for 2 adults - very, very over priced. The food isn’t worth it and neither is the experience. I would not go here againMore

Amazing concept! Staff were a bit abrupt but still friendly. We went to find our seat, and had to love chairs around etc as it was a long bar table and people were sat over our area. Cocktails were interesting but we didn’t like them...much. My main order was wrong, however I think this may have been a miscommunication as the dish I received was next to what I wanted on the menu. I didn’t mind as it was still very nice! Food service was very quick, it came before our drinks did.More

We booked for our last day and we’re slightly underwhelmed. The menu choice is what you would expect but fairly limited and as it is a very busy restaurant service was a little slow. Cannot fault our server as he did everything he could to...get us fed, however our drinks were missing for around 15 minutes and our food took over an hour (everyone sat after us ate and left before we got our food). The concept is really interesting and fun, however book away from peak times to avoid disappointment.More

This sounded like a great concept which it is but the staff are rude and the food was shockingly poor. This is obviously ruined the whole experience and the rest of our night. We politely complained about the quality of our steak to be met...with a shrug of the shoulders. I then asked to speak to the manager that had the same attitude as our server who proceeded to try and justify the poor quality of the meal. I asked for them to credit one meal which happened after an argument with the manager still trying to justify the poor quality. The manager left and came back with the discounted bill and told us that she is not the manager and that they had no manager on site! This is a poorly run establishment that is taking advantage of their position in a tourist hotspot. They have zero regard for customer service and clearly do not care if people return. I hope from all the poor reviews I have just read that this puts people off going to this restaurant and that they realise that you need to provide a quality experience all round when charging people for a service.More

According to the reviews on google or tripadvisor it should be wow. Honestly just the train is wow. From the entrance, the staff is rude, they don't even want to talk to you. I hardly found out where the table number was. Later, at the...table, we find out that there is only one type of beer (black), and for the food....I show for the first time a recent picture from tripadvisor, the waiter said to consult the menu. The second time he came and I told him what I would like to order from another photo. Very irritated and with a raised tone, he said that he hasn’t know what is in the picture (given that the picture was taken there due to the other details). In the end the waiter after waited a long time for us to order from what he said, we came to the conclusion that we can only eat burger or steak, that they don't have anything else... so the menu is for nothing. We drank the beers and left without ordering any more food. Considering that it was 11:00 am, it was perfect. We came across this place thanks to the pictures on tripadvisor which are unrecognizable for the personal. A place that has made a name for itself and no longer needs customers to come back a second time. We do not recommend this local!More

Focus only for tourist - both price and quality. Not worth it at all. + the service was not polite. Only plus is the railway.

Fun idea around the trains bringing your food and drinks along the tracks that flow through the restaurant. However, 3 of us were sat alongside each other facing the window which was not very social and although tasty, the burger arrived cold for all 3...of us. Worth the experience but not the price.More
