We were sitting outside, so we knew it was gonna be noisy between those buisy roads. BNut we didn't care. The food was alright, nothing extrordinary but it tasted good.
Some complained about the waiter, I think he's a little rough but he's a funny guy if you talk to him.

I had dinner and also lunch here. Nice staff and good atmosphere. The food is good and portions are huge. Prices are ok. Beer is good and menu is big. If you want Czech food just drop by.

Nice trendy interior, reasonable prices, but the food was average. Had goulash and schnitzel, the schnitzel was dry, the meet in the goulash was not tender.

Warm friendly atmosphere, we were seated quickly and the waitress quickly asked us for our drinks order. Food was ordered soon after from an English menu, prices were reasonable. The food arrived in good time and was pretty good. We ordered starters and a main course. The chicken schnitzel was particularly good. We paid the bill using a card and I left a cash tip for the waitress. Very pleased with everything.

I visited this restaurant a few evenings ago together with friends. We were on holiday in Prague and it was close to the hotel, we ate very well and unlike the previous reviews I read we were served by a very helpful and friendly guy.
Specifically, I ate a Beef Tartare which I must say was very good and tasty. The beer is very good and certainly cheap, it costs sometimes less than water, the bill in general was still low.

I went to this restaurant a few days ago. I was attracted by the pictures of dishes and good reviews so I wanted to try.
First of all, as starter, I took the Dirty chips, and it was so incredibly tasty!! Everything from the potatoes to the meat and the spicy sauce was 5 star!
Then I tryed the goulash... Oh my... I don't know how to describe such a delicious thing, with soft bread dumplings. I adored it!
And, not less important, the beer was very good. Maybe it can sound obvious in Czech Republic but I have learned that it's not always like that. However this is not the case as, EVERYTHING was so good and the prices are exceptional. Cheap price for a very good meal!
I surely recommend it!

On January 8, 2024, my friends and I were here in the evening. There was a young fair brunette waitress who firstly didn't have her hair up (which should be in a ponytail or a braid so they don't accidentally get in the food) and secondly she treated us like a piece of s***. We politely asked her if it would be possible to have a table for 8 people instead of a table for 6 people (because unexpectedly more people came) and instead of her normally telling us that it's not possible (which we would understand and not deal with it further), she answered disgustingly, she was superficial and did not help us in any way and it was a half-empty restaurant at eight in the evening. During the conversation she mentioned that we could add one chair, later we asked her about the chair and the waitress smugly told us "we'll see" and left. After this we decided to go to another pub rather than spend our money here with ungrateful service. In the end, I can say that the restaurant lost 8 people, who would have all had a meal and a tip. You cannot expect the next visit from us

Visited a few times, the beer is great.
Had the dirty fries one evening - they were great. Good sized portion too.
Had the roast duck on another occasion and it was lovely and tender. 🙂

Loved the food (roast beef) and the price for the food & beer was very reasonable. The waiter was friendly and the food arrived fast. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic food and service
I had the drought raspberry lemonade and it was really nice. Hubby had a Pepsi.
Hubby had a Caesar salad and there was loads of it and judging by how he ate it I’d guess it was very enjoyable. I had fried cauliflower and potatoes with tartare sauce and it was perfect.
Total cost for drinks and food was 564 czk (26 euros)
Service was really good.

We had 2 beers and when we asked the guy to bring the bill and that we want to pay with card, he approaches and says that the tip is not included. I confirmed that I understand that, but after paying I noticed that the guy added a 30% tip without telling me anything or asking me how much I wanted to tip.
This imprudence has ruined my entire evening!
DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE OR BE VERY ATTENTIVE AT CHECKOUT !!!

The food is good but the waiters are terrible, rude and very racist, they did everything to make me feel bad and leave the restaurant, an extremely racist place, be careful! This is not the only bad experience here on the site

Spotted this authentic looking Czech restaurant just up the street from our apartment and tried it for lunch. At first we were encouraged to see that the place was moderately full of exclusively Czech people, most of when seemed to be enjoying ‘hearty’ stews or roasted joints. Sadly our first impressions proved false. The waiters seemed sullen, uncommunicative and disinterested in serving us. We ordered a goulash and a couple of local fish dishes which arrived reasonably quickly and were at least hot. However, there was nothing special about the flavours or the presentation which could, at best, be described as homely. When we came to pay the bill the waiter made it very clear that service was not included and having presented him with a large Czeck Kr note (as it was all we had at the time) he insisted on keeping the change as “his tip” and became quite aggressive when we sought to argue otherwise. Not a good advert for Prague.

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at our Hotel. When we entered it was obviously busy but as only half the seating area was visible from the door it was difficult to see if they had availability. The sign by the entrance asked that you wait to be seated which is what we did. After a few minutes we were approached by a waiter, and we asked for a table for two, he shrugged his arms, said no and then said ‘you can see we are busy’! With that he walked off!!
We went up the street and had a lovely meal at Pizza Coliseum.
