We entered the place almost at 23.00 desperately looking for a place to have a late dinner and the manager (owner?) of the place sitting at the bar welcomed us and said that he would take a look if kitchen is still open and ask...the cooks to make us some food even if the kitchen was closing. The staff was vibrant and friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The food matched the energy of the people, have nothing to complain about, would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone!

Came across this place randomly and stopped for a bite. Despite what some recent reviews I just seen we had a wonderful experience. The food was something amazing and the service aswell. If we ever come back to Prague we will definitely be coming back...to this place, highly recommendedMore

Where do I start.. We had to wait for over 70 minutes for our order as did 3 other groups of people. The food was okay at best, and would be better if the waiter didn't have my patty and bun fall on his t-shirt...when he was (hastily) bringing it. Since it was already 10 pm and we waited so long, I figured I would have to wait until midnight if I wanted a new one so I didn't complain then. Now I don't know whether the place is short-staffed, they tell the cooks to go buy the food as orders come in or whatnot, but making burgers really should not take this long. Also the place hires staff that speaks very little English/Czech, despite it being in the center of Prague.More

I ordered a veggy burger. After 45 minutes waiting I got the wrong burger… twice!! The second one was a meat burger which is a NO GO! When I told the staff they where very unfriendly and uncomprehending. We got just a little discount after...discussing. The burger was good at the end but I will never come back here!!More

Very tasty burger!!!! We try 2 juices burgers with nice fresh and crispy fries. Very kind staff, nice place and clean, great value for money, quite close to the museum
We were looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately after waiting almost 40 minutes for our order, one of our orders came out different than what was written on the menu. The server told us we wouldn't have to pay, so we left a...tip for the food and service that we did get. As we were about to walk out the door, they came to us saying we had to pay the full bill because the chef insisted that there was nothing wrong with the order, and the manager refused to remove the order that was made wrong from the bill (which we returned/never ate). They finally agreed to give us a small discount after we refused to pay for something that we never received (which we still ended up paying a portion of). I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to other people.More

Right up there with the best burgers we've tasted anywhere. The Hendrix was delicious. Great music too. Well worth a visit.
