Best breakfast in Prague

You will fall in love with this place. It’s really nice and cozy environment. The breakfast choice is great. Recommend to try Lebanese. They have interesting Japanese bakery as well. Servis very polite and friendly.

The service was great 😊 and the food was amazing ! Gluten free option was available and that made me so happy 😊. The environment was also lovely and cosy .

Adorable sweets

This Japanesse café makes such cute cakes and desserts! It's basically impossible to choose just one. If you want to be surprised, instead of picking your snack from the display case order a bento menu, which includes a variety of mini non-displayed cakes. You can also get interesting dishes here (which we haven't done yet). They make incredible looking signature coffees (like the pink sakura latté) but they are more of a milkshake - really rich and sweet, so I don't recommend getting them together with anything sugary. They do various kinds of events often - we visited during their Halloween day which was really cute - all the desserts were in the shape of pumkpins or were spooked up in some way - horns and eyes, ghosts, even a Saw inspired cake. There were cute spooky details around the area and the staff was wearing cute accessories as well. What we didn't like much - it is not a regular café where you can just come and sit (at least during the events) - you need a reservation, which will be checked at the entrance before the staff seats you themsleves (unusual in Czechia). And during these events, the café is really full of people - the reservations are filled to the max. Also we didn't find the surroundings very cosy - it is a very modern and huge place.

Do not waste your time with this place

You will feel like superhero but not in a good way - once you come to the place, for the first 3-5 mins all service stuff consider you invisible. Generally stuff is behaving like they are your and not very friendly customers - it would be very challening to find so unpleasant stuff in any other Prague's place. Second, you don't need to make any reservations - it doesn't make sense anyway - if you do, they "forgot" about it and tell you that the specific spot your reserved is occupaid so ... you know ... do whatever you want - find another place or leave the place. I've travelled some place in the world and haven't seen so much absurdity. It is basically escape room for free, once you are there you will try to find the way how to escape :D.

Much more than a coffee house

This is a café and bistro, attached to a modern office building, but also having an entrance from the street, close to hotel Diplomat. The interior design is not overdone, simple, cosy and comfortable, but you can feel that someone has put a lot of thoughts into it. There is plenty of space, tables are large enough and not close to each other. There are different types of tables: some are good for bigger companies, some are also working-friendly. Background music is pleasant: not so loud so you can easily talk, but loud enough not to hear the neighboring table’s guests. Coffee is excellent, and sugar is served in a special way, looking a bit like honey. There is also a variety of cakes, even some bonbons. The personnel is really friendly, you almost feel like not being in Prague :) Besides coffee and cakes, there is a rich breakfast offer, and business lunch, too. Prices are a bit higher than average, but in line with the quality. One of my favourites in Prague.

I ve never met such arrogant and slow staff. You will get your coffee in 30 minutes or more, if only staff notice you and come after 15 and more minutes of sitting there. What more they are making faces like you totaly bother them.. worst experience in Prague.

First Visit = Loyal forever

Marzipan Almond croissant was very soft and enjoyable. Guess what? Together with it, the waiter Pavel recommended to have the Russian Morning Tea. Ohhhhh, that was a good choice. The dessert selections are too good, you have to visit again and again I guess to end the temptation. Keep up the good work guys, enjoyed the personalized and prompt service today.

They said health is wealth! I believe! Had a YUMMYLICIOUS breakfast at café sofa. They have a varieties of Kusmi teas which I loveeeeee. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and are very professional. Will be back guys, keep up the good work😀

Beautiful and stylish cafe that serves best coffee in Prague, for those that are lacto intolerant or vegan, they have also selection of plant based milk which is amazing as most places in Prague have only soya milk that I personally don't like. They have also good selection of cakes and breakfast that are served with lovely smile. Thank you.
