To be fair really really nice place. 2 main issues 1. Manager absolutely berated a staff member in front of us instead of taking him aside and having a discussion, which seemed to be about his beard or his piercings.He however was unreal and very...attentive to our needs and was extremely welcoming and courteous throughout our evening there .....which is the reason I'm writing my very first ever trip advisor review he was a legend to be fair and didn't deserve that in a public domain. 2. This is definitely one of the better hard rocks we've been to (around 20) the food was really good as was the service. Would definitely return

Fantastic food & service. Our waitress was very friendly and enthusiastic and gave us personal recommendations of what to try on the menu. We felt very at ease and the food was delicious. There's a gluten free menu with plenty of options, including a gluten...free dessert! We would definitely come back if ever in Prague againMore

I've been to over 20 Hard Rock Cafe's across the world and always make an effort to visit in when a city has one. I want to begin by saying that overall we had a brilliant time, I was visiting with 3 friends and by...the time we left we really enjoyed our visit. But I feel it important to mention that this would have been a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for an incredibly rude member of staff who was at the host desk. We entered the restaurant not having a booking and understanding that this may mean a wait for a table - we had all been to HRC's before. After asking for a table for 4, the member of staff said in a rather abrupt manner "No spaces" and that was it - we were about to walk out when we then asked how long it would be if we were willing to wait in case a table became available. She then said 40 minutes, fine - we decided to sit at the bar where the most lovely bar staff made us very welcome and it is them who made our experience so great and made up for the rudeness of the other staff member. We actually just decided to have our meal at the bar instead of moving even when a bigger table did become available just 15 minutes later because of the experience of the host. Even when she was advising us that a bigger table was available she had an attitude, another couple sitting across from us did the same thing. So huge props to the guys at the bar, they really made our experience and are great examples of HRC staff. Some of the best I have met but I think it's important you realise to some, the attitude of the host could have been enough to put others off. Other than that as always with HRC's great food, great drinks and great music!More

One of our fave Hard Rocks! Great bands play here, we enjoyed a lunchtime drink in here during a long weekend exploring this wonderful city. Great merch. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Bar is nice and on split floors, always expensive so that's no problem as you know beforehand. The staff we interacted with we're all friendly enough apart from 1 young girl. Not much fazes me but she was so rude to us it was really...bad. We wanted directions to the loo (up the stairs at the back ) and she was just reluctant to tell us....maybe thought we just walked in off the street which we hadn't. Didn't return, maybe in the future we will.More

We went for drinks. Good cocktail selection but food menu is very limited if you have allergens and are vegetarian. Centrally located. The building has an interesting history which is worth looking up an dressing about.

Perfekt service, wellcooked food , nice staff. If you love hardrock cafe you might be a little disappointed , the decoration is quite insignificant. But we had a nice visit and for sure got some pins too.

We popped in here over three consecutive days for a few refreshing Mojitos in the middle of the day as we took a break between tours etc. On each occasion the staff were amazing. Is great to talk to the staff at Hard Rock Cafes...all over the world to hear about the local culture as well as stories about where they are from (if they aren’t local). Centrally located in Prague with inside and outside options - Hard Rock Prague is highly recommended.More

It was my first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe. The atmosphere and service were top. I would definitely have a burger for dinner and if I were you I would definitely try one of the cocktails. The restaurant doesn't have the cheapest prices, but...for the food, service and ambience, I think the prices are justified. Definitely worth a visit.More

We enjoyed the cafe but a little quite, I've visited many cafes and the memorable was some of the best I've seen and staff helpful and friendly. We thought the food a little over cooked, it was if had been left under the heat lamp...to long before coming out.More
