We ordered two burgers, the staff was friendly and helpful but the food not so much. The patty was dry or overcooked and too pricey for no visible reason.

The staff at the Hard Rock were so friendly and attentive. The Manager Andrea was super helpful during our stay. Eliska made us feel like VIPs in the restaurant, and Amjad and Anna in the Rock Shop were awesome. The food as always is consistently...delicious. There are some great pieces of memorabilia to check out, thoroughly recommend you pay a visit whilst you are in Prague.More

Excellent Food and Guitar Heaven, local and standard beers available. Great service, very busy at times so booking is a must. Quite expensive for Prague but reasonable for most of Europe.

I have been meaning to send an email to the management but haven’t been able to locate the email address but just wanted to say… We came to the hard rock Prague on the 4th Oct following a disappointing experience in the Lisbon cafe. The...manager on duty David made us instantly feel welcome and constantly checked on us to ensure we was having a better experience. I cannot fault the service, David and our server Tom, were absolutely amazing the entire time during our visit and the food was insanely good (as always in the Hard Rock). The cafe spanned over 4 floors and had an amazing bar area that did happy hour too! It’s honestly one of the best hard rocks we have visited and definitely the best experience we’ve had. I just want to personally thank David as he took time out of his evening to sit and chat with us following our meal which was a nice touch. Thank you David and the team for looking after us! If we ever return to Prague, we know where we will be eating.More

We had a great stay here, the food and the drinks were as always excellent. The only thing we didnt like was a waiter who served us. The man didnt say a nice word to us, was angry all the time and didnt even wish...us a good evening when we payed. Just took the money and went away. He had a hat on, was blond with tatoos. But the restaurant itself was superb!More

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and have a drink in the old town square in Prague. The outdoor cafe's were all pretty busy on a Thursday afternoon. These tourist places are pricey to be sure. We noticed a Hard...Rock Cafe and having been at many of these in the US we decided to give it a try. Wow....great vibes......Very friendly and quick service.......Good American style food........Huge old building with a lot of history. I'm a history buff and the Kitchen Manager for the whole place came out and sat with us. He even gave us a tour of the Hard Rock. 5 floors including basement. "Ricardo".....what a great guy. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Parking is not easy in Prague anywhere but excellent trams and subways. Clean bathrooms at the cafe and bathrooms are not easy to find in Czech. Indoor and outdoor dining here. Love this place.More

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is

square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
