I was back in Prague after years and therefore in this HRC. I knew that you can't eat and drink cheaply here. This is how it is with this restaurant chain virtually worldwide. Nevertheless, this HRC in particular is always an experience due to the size of the location and the number of exhibits. At lunchtime there was not much going on here, so we were offered a table even without reservation. Our service was very friendly and asked us at the beginning directly for allergens present. In general, the service was very attentive but not intrusive. The food ordered met our expectations and the corresponding bill did not surprise me now. Whether the bill for just under 60€ for 2 salads and 2 drinks is justified, even by Czech standards...? Well, I wasn't surprised, like I said.

We had booked in advance via GetyouGuide and had high hopes for the evening. We were then welcomed and seated separately near the bar on the first floor. Here we were given a small menu with a choice of 4 dishes.
We then had to choose from these. The same for the non-alcoholic drinks.
Unfortunately my sandwich was a burger and it was (fart) dry and overcooked and inedible without sauces and without a drink. Unfortunately there was only one dessert dish and no choice possible.
Unfortunately this experience for around 45 EUR is not recommended for our taste.

On our first night in Prague (after a morning of cancelled flights and delays) we were tired and struggling to find somewhere to eat, so we just booked Hard Rock knowing it would the food we liked.
We had the pleasure of being served by Max, who was very friendly and extremely helpful when it came to giving us recommendations and tips about Prague.
I had the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, and my girlfriend had the Cheeseburger - both were unreal.
Including a 200czk tip, two beers and two cokes, the whole lot came to 1465czk (about £50), so really good value!
Highly recommend!!

Visited many Hard Rock's in Europe and this is one of the best we've been too. The restaurant is very big and lots of cool rock history on the walls. We visited for a dinner and also a lunch, the tots were amazing. Our dinner table booking was just before happy hour ended, so our drinks and a boneless wings starter was discounted, it was excellent value. Music was a bit dodgy to start, Madonna, Robbie Williams, not rock! But it got better.

A nice looking Hard Rock Cafe with friendly staff - we recently popped in for drinks a few times. Unfortunately on one occasion, we decided to order some appetiser sharers and were very disappointed with what was served. Dry packet style nachos (not homemade) lacking in any real cheese just cheese sauce, a few spring onions jalapeños and tomatoes and a very small dish of sour cream. Extra chicken was just pieces of cold cooked chicken with no flavour. Nothing like the plentiful loaded nachos we have experienced in other Hard Rock cafes around the world. Also spicy shrimp which were soggy, cold and somewhat grey looking. Not sure what happened with this food? It was the most expensive meal we had in Prague - can only assume they dont expect or need return visitors - all in all disappointing.

Delivered way beyond expectations! Really nice, caring and staff delivered a high and relaxed service. When they were informed about the food allergy, they were extremely careful both during ordering and delivery that everything worked.
The food was very good and the whole thing was definitely worth the price. A very pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed our meal. We booked in advance, choosing 6pm (happy hour). We took advantage of reduced price cocktails from a set list (not all cocktails are available). The beer is a little more expensive than elsewhere but it still only cost the equivalent of £3… a far cry from the price of a beer in London! I love the venue, music constantly playing in the background (sadly no live band but we were early). The food was lovely, everyone in our group enjoyed their meal.
I have to mention our server, he was great. Friendly, attentive and chatty. I am sorry that I am unable to recall his name but you won’t miss him, he is the Australian guy wearing a bandana. When a burger was not right, he immediately changed it and whilst there was a slight delay, when it came back it was perfect. It was also a birthday for one of our group and this was rewarded with a free ice cream dessert for the birthday boy - nice touch.
You pay a bit more but you get a lot more in a wonderful setting. Book up and treat yourself.

I've been to over 20 Hard Rock Cafe's across the world and always make an effort to visit in when a city has one. I want to begin by saying that overall we had a brilliant time, I was visiting with 3 friends and by the time we left we really enjoyed our visit.
But I feel it important to mention that this would have been a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for an incredibly rude member of staff who was at the host desk. We entered the restaurant not having a booking and understanding that this may mean a wait for a table - we had all been to HRC's before. After asking for a table for 4, the member of staff said in a rather abrupt manner "No spaces" and that was it - we were about to walk out when we then asked how long it would be if we were willing to wait in case a table became available. She then said 40 minutes, fine - we decided to sit at the bar where the most lovely bar staff made us very welcome and it is them who made our experience so great and made up for the rudeness of the other staff member.
We actually just decided to have our meal at the bar instead of moving even when a bigger table did become available just 15 minutes later because of the experience of the host. Even when she was advising us that a bigger table was available she had an attitude, another couple sitting across from us did the same thing.
So huge props to the guys at the bar, they really made our experience and are great examples of HRC staff. Some of the best I have met but I think it's important you realise to some, the attitude of the host could have been enough to put others off.
Other than that as always with HRC's great food, great drinks and great music!

Similar to other Hard Rock Cafes. Disappointed to order two burgers cooked to different levels and the waitress did not have a clue which was which and guess3d incorrectly. Identified too late to swap with each other. Liked the music videos.

We came for a dinner on a classtrip in Prague. First we saw commercials for the shirt store everywhere. The Service was unfriendly and stressed. We ordered different Menus and all of them came with disgusting dead-ass-dry burger bun. eaten in 3 minutes, which was terrible to eat, the burger was down in our bellys, but not for long! 10 Minutes later some of us got sick and had to run to the toilet. All in all NOT RECOMMENDEBLE!!! everything was wayyyy too expencive! DO NOT eat there, a 10 minute walk later you will find a Burger King with much better prizes and also vegan stuff, it is way more yummy too there.

Was my husbands birthday and we enjoyed celebrating here. Food was really good but it was the service and welcome that stood out for us. Taken to our table by a lovely lady from Zimbabwe who is studying here at university. We were served by Claudia who was fun, polite and very efficient. The team got together to sing happy birthday to my husband and presented him with an ice cream sundae which was very unexpected. This helped to made his birthday more special after a fun day in town. Thank you everyone. X

We were in Prague at the same time as friends of ours and we arranged to meet here for Happy Hour drinks together for a catch up.
The cocktails felt like excellent value - good, proper, tasty cocktails and the service was great. The building was very beautiful and lots of music memorabilia, as you would expect. The service was friendly and efficient and we would definitely go again and maybe try some food next time too!
It's just off Old Town Square, so a nice, easy location to meet up with friends.

I again visited the establishment with my family and friends for the second time within a month and I was extremely satisfied with both the food and especially with the service, both the hostess at the entrance and especially with Miss Lucka (whom I already had on my first visit), a super helpful and friendly lady. and her one-year-old daughter, and the lady was kind and smiling to her daughter as well, and she can advise on the choice of both food and drinks. Food as always great, both starters and main meal, we had a great sofa table c.59 right next to the entrance to the kitchen, so the food was quickly served on the table so it's a great place 👍
So for me, a great company, great service, great food and drink....

Fantastic food & service. Our waitress was very friendly and enthusiastic and gave us personal recommendations of what to try on the menu. We felt very at ease and the food was delicious. There's a gluten free menu with plenty of options, including a gluten free dessert! We would definitely come back if ever in Prague again
